Knowledge is Power
Lee prepared an extensive report about the property we are purchasing. This gave us reassurance and also highlighted some issues that we have brought to the attention of our solicitor. We will be requesting that the vendor carries out the recommendations before we exchange or reduces the price accordingly.

Exceptional Service – 100/100!
Ashton Lee have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, I had lots of questions at the beginning, but Lee was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to explain the entire process clearly over a lovely initial call. Tanya was also brilliant—she went above and beyond to help coordinate with the seller and arrange a convenient date and time.
Jordan carried out the survey, and the report I received was outstanding—detailed, clear, and easy to understand, with plenty of photos covering both the positives and the few minor issues.
