David came to our house and spent a good few hours he picked up on loads of snags especially ones we would never of noticed or knew was incorrect! So if you are thinking of doing it yourself think again, 100% worth the night

David was very professional with the snagging and the report came through very quickly. David was flexible as we weren’t able to be in the house when he was there but was able to make arrangements for him to still come into the house. Would recommend in the future.

We had a post-completion inspection carried out by David. Talked us through the process and supplied a pack to allow us to send in to builder.

David carried out a post-completion inspection on my house and I'd certainly recommend his services. He arrived promptly and was thorough with his inspection, answering my questions and taking time to explain a couple of issues in case they were queried by the developer. Used David’s services after hearing numerous good things about him. David did not disappoint and provided us with a thorough report. Many of the snags identified by David were things that we would have missed ourselves so the snagging inspection was well worth the money. Cannot recommend David enough.

We reached out to David Patterson from QHC to complete a snag list ahead of us getting the keys to our new build home. Hiring a professional snagger may seem unnecessary or a waste of money to some people but wow it was 110% worth it! David communicated well from the offset and the snag list was sent to us the same day as his appointment! It was completed with pictures, arrow’s and was understandable to us, who do not know the building regs.
There was well over 100 things identified on the list, most of which we would not have spotted as home owners. The new build company have been great at resolving and are using David’s list to tick off as they go.

David was very comprehensive and gave us a thorough report.

David was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he took his time and was very thorough when viewing my property, the report he produced after the inspection was very detailed and included where applicable relevant standards and tolerances. The report was very useful when discussing snags with the developer, and it was used as the main guide during the restoration of the issues, none of David's findings were challenged by the developer.

We recently purchased a quality new build home but due to the fact it was 200 miles way we were unable to visit for the final pre completion survey. We contacted David on the recommendation of others and arranged for him to undertake the survey. Due to the quality of the build we were not expecting the report to discover much but to our surprise over 90 items were listed albeit minor in nature. The company quickly corrected these and we have a better home as a result more than compensating for the fee. Very professional and comprehensive.

David produced a very comprehensive and professional report by the end of the working day. Included snags, suggested the remedy and included a picture of the offence. Was a great pack to hand to the developer to fix the issues as was easy to follow and I know they cut and pasted the information to their contractors. If I ever do another new build move I’d definitely use him again. Superb service, great communication from start to finish and very knowledgeable in his field.
