From the beginning, Hilmand Khan helped us design a very competitive and attractive package. He took time to explain every detail clearly and spoke with honesty and patience, which gave us a lot of confidence. Later, Tousif became our main point of contact, and he was equally professional and supportive. Both Hilmand and Tousif stayed in touch throughout our journey and made sure everything went smoothly during our stay in Saudi Arabia.

Before travelling, I had some doubts about communication once we arrived, as it is common for travel agents to go quiet after the trip begins. To my surprise, every time we reached out, our messages were answered within minutes, whether it was day or night. Their quick response made the whole experience stress-free.

We did face one issue with a hotel booking, but it was resolved quickly and handled in a very professional way.

They delivered everything exactly as promised, including the flights, hotel bookings, airport pickups and drop-offs, transportation between Madinah and Makkah, and Ziyarah in both cities. Every part of the package was properly organised and met the standards that were promised to us.

I wish I can give more stars. I planned my whole umrah journey with Mateen Bhai. I don’t know how many times I called him, he always helped us out. The best umrah plan for our life. Everything was arranged before we left. Hotels were amazing the one Mateen bhai sorted all the visa and transport as well. Obviously the flights as well was arranged in the package. I would highly recommend them. I would say go for full package, they can tailor anything you like around the budget for as many people. The benefit will be you don’t need to worry about anything, they plan they contact and you just pray and look after family. I have recommended all my friends and family and will always use them. I would say thank you Mateen Bhai again for helping us in our journey.
