Zubair, the manager, and the rest of the team provided a high level of service and were attentive in accommodating our needs from the very beginning. Communication was consistent throughout the entire trip, which gave us reassurance and peace of mind.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Umrah Experience with Qiblatain Tours – Service Beyond Expectations

In October last year, we travelled for Umrah for 10 nights and booked our package with Qiblatain Tours, dealing directly with Hilmand Khan. Having performed Umrah four times previously, I can confidently say this was, without question, the most outstanding and seamless experience we have ever had.

On Hilmand’s personal recommendation, we stayed at Address Jabal Omar in Makkah, and it was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was luxurious, perfectly located, and made access to the Haram incredibly easy. His recommendation was spot on and truly elevated our entire Umrah experience. It is clear he carefully considers what is best for his clients rather than just offering standard packages.

What genuinely makes Hilmand stand out is his customer service, which was simply next level. He remained in contact throughout the entire journey, checking in every few hours to make sure everything was going smoothly and asking if we needed anything at all.
