Excellent and very good experience,as Ayesha in qaiblatain is very beautiful,well manner and she has done marvellous job on my ummrah project as she has speed of supersonic jet.she treat me like family and done every thing and teach me how to use mobile as well. Although I did not go ahead with the Umra package because my passport was due to expire! The services I received from GHULAM MUSTAFA was great in terms of clarity and choices ! Aswell as trying his best to meet my needs and my budget.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Makkah and Madinah . The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything was well organized, including the transportation, which made the trip smooth and easy. I booked this umrah package 3 months prior to our pilgrimage agreed hotels & so forth BUT 7 days to my departure I was informed that they could not commit to the hotel in medina which I agreed to initially and left me with 2 options and I was given a 1 star hotel with hardly any warm running water it was in very appalling condition the service was horrendous I would wait hours for towels etc.BE ADVISED what ratings are on GOOGLE are not ACCURATE the STAR ratings are on all hotels outside the buildings most agents would truly no this prior to sending you there.
On the PLUS side the hotel in Mecca was perfect & the service was excellent the staff were great and transportation was perfect

This company I used I must say the service was the best and especially Ayesha who sorted my umrah package out as I wanted and she spoon fed me throughout my blessed journey.
Now I’m going back to her for my second trip with her for July and I recommend to use here I’m Haji Nusrst from London.

Gullam Mustafa was very professional and made me trust him. I was very scared that it might be a scam. But the more we spoke I started to relax. It seemed that I knew him for a long time. I asked him a lot of questions he answered them.
However I didn’t take the umrah package out with them as it wasn’t the right package for me.

Mashallah Gulam Mustafa did Organise from start to finish our Umrah visit to Saudi Arabia. Organising our airplane boarding passes to hotels and all transportation between Airports, Makkah,Madinah and hotels. Gulam Mustafa and Qiblatain Company were always asking if we needed anything and how was our Umrah going. They made sure we have arrived safely to all our destinations up to back to our home in UK.

Asif advised me before booking , I had some doubts about them because normally after sale service is not always good but when arrived, To my surprise, every time we reached out, our messages were answered within minutes, whether it was day or night. Their quick response made the whole experience stress-free.
They delivered everything exactly as promised, including the flights, hotel bookings. Every part of the package was properly organised and met the standards that were promised to us.
