⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Umrah Experience with Qiblatain Tours – Service Beyond Expectations

In October last year, we travelled for Umrah for 10 nights and booked our package with Qiblatain Tours, dealing directly with Hilmand Khan. Having performed Umrah four times previously, I can confidently say this was, without question, the most outstanding and seamless experience we have ever had.

On Hilmand’s personal recommendation, we stayed at Address Jabal Omar in Makkah, and it was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was luxurious, perfectly located, and made access to the Haram incredibly easy. His recommendation was spot on and truly elevated our entire Umrah experience. It is clear he carefully considers what is best for his clients rather than just offering standard packages.

What genuinely makes Hilmand stand out is his customer service, which was simply next level. He remained in contact throughout the entire journey, checking in every few hours to make sure everything was going smoothly and asking if we needed anything at all. This level of care, professionalism, and reassurance is something I have never experienced before, despite travelling for Umrah multiple times.

In Madinah, the hotels he recommended were equally beautiful, peaceful, and ideally located near Masjid an-Nabawi, making our stay comfortable and spiritually focused. Every arrangement was well organised and stress-free, allowing us to concentrate fully on our ibadah.

I recently travelled to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah, and I had such a beautiful and memorable experience. I booked a reasonably priced package, and honestly, it exceeded my expectations.
The prices were very affordable, especially for everything that was included. The package covered flights and excursions where we were able to learn about the history of the Prophet (peace be upon him), which made the whole journey even more meaningful and educational.

Absolutely amazing service all round from Qiblatain. We booked our Umrah through Brother Sabir and everything was handled exceptionally well. He was extremely patient and reassuring with my 1000 questions and was there every step of the way, from booking, to being available immediately to deal with any queries whilst we were on Umrah. We were informed of every detail, and consistently communicated with (for example, about transfers whilst we were in Saudi). Alhamdullilah it was a very smooth process. I booked this umrah package 3 months prior to our pilgrimage agreed hotels & so forth BUT 7 days to my departure I was informed that they could not commit to the hotel in medina which I agreed to initially and left me with 2 options and I was given a 1 star hotel with hardly any warm running water it was in very appalling condition the service was horrendous I would wait hours for towels etc.BE ADVISED what ratings are on GOOGLE are not ACCURATE the STAR ratings are on all hotels outside the buildings most agents would truly no this prior to sending you there.
On the PLUS side the hotel in Mecca was perfect & the service was excellent the staff were great and transportation was perfect

This company I used I must say the service was the best and especially Ayesha who sorted my umrah package out as I wanted and she spoon fed me throughout my blessed journey.
