The system seems to work - I've just never had a 5G connection - only LTE. However, PureTalk is WAY less expensive than Google Fi and certainly all of the T-Mobile, Verizon etc. crowd.

Very limited data on unlimited plan

Price is great but a week or 2 into the new month, the phone is pretty much useless for anything except calls. Texts are slow and sometimes don’t send. Getting online using cell data is extremely slow to impossible. This is supposed to be unlimited date, text and calls but seems like that’s just a lie together customers. Data is definitely very limited. Other than the ability to use the phone, everything else is fine. I have had very little contact with customer service but the people I have spoken to are very friendly and helpful.

For the most part

For the most part, I like the service , however, I find more often than not I cannot make a call inside the house and that becomes nettlesome this time of year.

Pure Talk has superior product

Pure Talk has been a super phone company. Services and plans are superior. Swapping to a plan that fits more to our situation was easy and even cost efficient. We have been more than satisfied and a company that works to get a plan that works for your budget. Very satisfied five star for sure.

Great plan for a great price!

We love our PureTalk plan it saves us a significant amount of money each month compared to our previous provider.
The switch over from our previous provider was very easy and the service area is just as good if not better.
