cost and knowing I am supporting a veteran company makes me feel good.

I signed up for Puretalk a few months ago and I am extremely happy. The service is great and even better then the previous mega company, AT&T, I was using that always had dropped calls. No hassels to switch. No wait time when calling Customer Service. The representatives were very nice, helpful and easy to understand. I especially enjoy the low, low cost for Puretalk's better service!

Service is excellent; better 5G connections than with our previous provider. Cost of service is more reasonable.

Callers often get my voice Mail, even when I am standing beside them and have very good signal strength. Sometimes I have to restart my phone in order to begin receiving calls again.

Been great for the most part. Had a big awakening after being sold with the perceived understanding that it'd be Unlimited Talk, Text & Data....the data quickly runs out in certain situations. Lol

Everything about this company is outstanding. US-based representatives who answer the phone within minutes.

I am very happy with the service. We pay about half of what we were paying with Verizon and the signal strength is better. However, I have a question: I don't understand why I'm getting charged an extra $10 for my tablet. It was suggested that we use our hotspot on the phone for tablet internet use. And it's still going over. When the "Data Usage" is checked on the tablet, it said in Feb that only 22 MB had been used.

I'm saving over $100 a month with Puretalk and getting all the same bells and whistles that I was getting from the large carrier that I previously had an account with.

100% as stated, no "we forgot to mention" type nonsense often encountered these days. Everything works as promised. No regrets-in fact I have recommended Puretalk to family and friends.

Everything was great except signal strength! The signal strength is 1-2 bars (very low) and was told the carrier would ATT but we had all bars most the time with CC and the same carrier. We are 2 miles from a tower. why!

Cheaper than AT&T with the same coverage.

Easy transition and absolutely no change in service area at all.
It’s hard to adjust to the bill that’s $50 less then Verizon

I was nervous to switch from Verizon, where I was a customer for decades, to Puretalk. I had heard good things from a trusted source and the price was great, so I took a leap of faith. I've had it for a few months now and haven't had a single issue. Customer service was very polite and the transfer was fairly smooth. I would definitely recommend the service!
