I discovered Pure Sport through the Cambro Conversations podcast, which I’ve listened to for a while, and decided to try their Sleep Bundle, which includes the Magnesium and “Unwind” supplements. I work night shifts and often struggle to sleep after finishing work. I’ve tried loads of different things over the years, but nothing ever made a noticeable difference—until now.

Since taking the Pure Sport Sleep Bundle, I’ve been sleeping much better. I use a WHOOP to track my sleep, and I’ve seen a clear improvement in both my sleep quality and recovery. It’s the first time I’ve found something that actually works for me.

I’d highly recommend this to anyone who works night shifts or just struggles to get good sleep.

I tried their free sample of electrolytes and im glad it was a sample as they taste awful im fairly sure u can get electrolytes that taste good and these are not the ones , it makes me laugh when u see influencers trying the product and they say delicious nah im sorry but they are rank to put it mildly, yes I guess they are doing you good but I cant stomach the saltiness at all . 100% better ones out there to take .

After seeing them advertised online and in the running community for a while, I decided to finally take the plunge and try out Puresports offerings. I’ve now been using puresport for a little while now to help supplement my half marathon & Hyrox training and I cannot complain at all with the quality and functionality of their products. I’ve tried out the Muscle and Joint roll-on & balm, the Cordyceps & Lions Mane mushroom supplements, the magnesium & the ultra electrolytes and I haven’t found a single fault with any of them. The quality really stands them out from others on the market and I believe you really do get what you pay for.

I get really hesitant trying new supplements etc in case there are any side effects, but I haven’t had a single one, everything’s been incredibly well tolerated and I feel great, so that reassures me that there’s nothing nasty in these & it’s all high quality stuff.

I was very pleased with the free ‘salty pace’ water bottle that I recieved with my order as a bonus for subscribing, as simple as it is, it’s become my new favourite and I’m obsessed! There’s just something so satisfying about it! And it’s really nice to get something extra for subscribing, it really makes it feel like you’re getting your moneys worth & then some.

I recently reached out to their Customer Services team for support with something and I cannot fault them at all - Nathan was wonderful at handling my enquiry and the service was incredibly friendly, kind and proactive, probably the best customer services experience I’ve had from any business! From initial ordering to customer aftercare, this business has you fully covered and I am thoroughly impressed.

I can’t wait to see what they come out with next, bring it on!

Great product, works wonders on my knees

Very disappointed, I had issues with a product and customer service was trying to blame it on me! Eventually I could return it, but only for a partial refund… and I had to pay for postage. Not to mention customer service responded to my query with “nope” Never has any company treated a paying customer like this. I like Puresport but after this I'm quite upset.

This Magnesium is so good that when his supply ran out I had to send some more to my son in America. Very speedy delivery

Free sample of electrolytes is a straight scam, leaves me in no trust for this site.

So you have to pay for shipping for 5 small sachets of electrolytes, £3.99

Just advertise it as a sample pack not a free sample pack when you are going to overcharge for delivery, in no world does the shipping cost £3.99, unless this is being used for tax evasion.

Got the running jacket, which felt sort of stiff from the beginning, but since it looked cool I kept it. After a few months usage it came out of the washing machine (30 degrees) with several tears that looked melted around the edges. Wrote to customer support who did not care.

Over priced products

Great company and products but removing certain products without explanation is a little frustrating.

I recently reached out to the support team at Puresport after recieving the Freeze roll on in the post and finding it had leaked in the box.

Nathan was very attentive and addressed the issue, sending me a new roll on and some complimentary socks too, which arrived 2 days later! Fantastic customer service on his part.

287174 - Their website wouldn’t work to change my address. I sent an email asking for a change of address to all subscriptions and my address in general for future purchases and correspondence. This wasn’t done despite confirmation, and a subscription order was released to the old address. I’ve contacted Nathan to query this and he’s trying to blame me for not requesting all subscriptions… even though I did and sent him proof. Unfortunately over the last couple of years I’ve had a few issues. I’m done with them.
