I have loved this company and their products for a good 2 years now but this week I reached out to their customer support team with a query I had, and they fully went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my satisfaction.

Great tasting products, without any crap!

Used the electrolytes for about 2 months now. Switched to try them out after seeing the adverts every where. They have absolutely became a staple in my running. It's reduced the volume of fluids I need on a big run they work incredibly well with a good high sodium level. Pre loading before I run my runs feel stronger. Some other brands I need to constantly consume whilst moving. Used throughout my last marathon block and for the marathon itself very impressed.

There are so many health companies out there today, filling up out socials, I wanted to find some basic info which could help me with health journey, I am no elite athlete, just trying to get more fit and take care of myself whilst I do that. I found the purchase experience very easy and the product does exactly what it does on all the adds. I notice when I do not take my salts.

Based on their 30 day money back guarantee I bought the ashwaganda supplement and was very excited to try it, however, at the end of the period I did not feel any effect and wrote in to cancel my order. This was 3 months ago on 17 July 2025. They made the return and refund process very challenging and required that I repackage everything and return to their warehouse. The cancellation was on the basis that I will continue to patronise Puresport in its products from that point onwards. However, on 15 August 2025, it was surprising to see that Puresport continued to make an order on my behalf. I immediately cancelled it as I would not expect to be paying that much money for a useless product. Again on 10 October 2025 they sent the product(!). I immediately wrote in to cancel but they took 5 days to respond and said it was too late and I have been charged. No action has been taken despite daily follow up emails.

Worst tasting electrolytes ever I would strongly avoid. I’ve tried many different brands and this tastes evil and of chemicals, definitely not for human consumption.

bought the trial pack as it was advertised all over social media- just pay postage. The promotion that was running described the trial as 10 days worth of samples. You would think one a day = 10 samples. No… trial pack arrived and it was the standard 5 pack. When question I was fobbed off with one sample every other day which is the 10 days! Shocking & poor marketing, advertising.

Buying this product also signs you up the a subscription (only way to know this is read the fine print in the product description). You get no notification of being signed up to a trail and they’ll just charge you!

The electrolytes then selves are pretty horrible - didn’t even finish the 5 samples. The flavour is drowned out by the level of salt, even with a litre of water! It’s like drinking sea water! Would not recommend, better brands out there!

Tried a mixed box on a trial. They make you put in details to charge postage then sign you up to a subscription without your knowledge. Disgusting practices. Now seem to be unable to cancel the subscription via their website so having to contact my card provider instead. Don’t fall for this scam!!!!

Keep getting advertised free electrolyte products which end up costing £4 at the last second at check-out. Annoying/dishonest marketing.
