Had an issue with a product in an order. Customer service resolved it for me straight away by sending me out a replacement. Excellent service to resolve the issue.

For the long run

I saw puresport ads for several months now and I finally make the decision on the 5th Nov 2025 for watermelon salt. Arrived, and I was eager tasting it, which in my opinion taste really nice.

I took a sachet 30 minutes before any run and I feel really good. It gave me energy and hydration that I need without feeling lethargic.

I even take it before work as I'm on my feet for 6 hours, and probably another sachet (if needed) to keep going with demanding avtivities which includes running and walking my dog.

Overall, puresport helps me with my hydration and energy levels which I'm very happy 😊 about.

Very frustrating customer service. After receiving an email asking me to update my payment details as the details on file had expired, two days later I had an email confirming payments had been accepted even though I hadn’t updated my details. after contacting customer services by email the order was still dispatched and I was told to return it for a refund which cost me the postage. Jessica in customer support contacted me to say my subscription had been cancelled. not even two weeks down the line, I’ve had another email telling me my order has been accepted and another £60 has been taken out of my bank account sending me overdrawn. very frustrating

Both myself and my wife have been using Puresport electrolytes for the past 6 months and the product itself is perfect. Much better than the cheaper alternatives.

Recently we had an issue with our subscription being delivered by Royal Mail. We contacted support and Jessica who we dealt with was brilliant, understanding and detailed in her responses.

Great products and superb customer service.

I bought the subscription bundle - creatine and electrolytes. These are by far the best electrolytes I’ve tried, really tasty and have all the good stuff in them. I’ve used for approx 6 months now and notice a real difference to my training, way less muscle soreness which allows me to be more efficient and consistent with sessions. Started the creatine in the last 2 months and can say the same! Real boost to training, mixes really easily and tastes pretty good as creatine goes.
Would highly recommend Puresport as a company for quality products, fast shipping and great communication! Will be a repeat customer for a long time. Thank you!
