Love Pro Tech Games, Percy in particular has been a superstar and helps my boys with their strategic game play. If we buy things in the shop we are never forced to buy what we don’t need and lots of advice on what’s right for each of the kids. A great space and place for people to connect. An asset to Stockton!

The game book we ordered was shipped quickly, the packaging was done well and the book was still wrapped in the factory plastic wrap. Excellent experience!

Ordered a starter deck for the One Piece TCG - specifically the ST-16 Green Uta starter deck. When I placed my order, the site informed me that there were two left in stock, so I placed my order and everything was accepted.

A few days later, I received an email informing me that my order had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days - so far so good.

Bafflingly, two days after receiving the dispatch email, I received a follow-up email informing me that the item was not in stock, and I had been issued a full refund!

It is beyond my comprehension as to why this happened at all, I can't begin to put together in my mind what could have possibly been going on.

Processing an order then issuing a refund because of a stocking error is understandable, and has actually happened to me before. But to spend days processing the payment, to then send out an email stating the product was dispatched, to THEN say that the item wasn't in stock is beyond reason.

At the start of the review I mentioned the product I ordered. I do so because at the time of writing (27/11/24), there is apparently still 1 in stock! So not only did my original order actually reduce this value, but despite sending an email personally stating a refund would be issued, they have done NOTHING to remove this discrepancy from the website.

The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because a refund was indeed issued swiftly and in full. However, this whole experience is unlike anything I have ever seen before - regrettably I will not be returning to this storefront nor will I be recommending it to anyone else.

Great well stocked shop - games at great prices - friendly & helpfull staff

Protech is a great place to shop and a great place to hang out. Helpful staff and some of the nicest people hang out there playing games.

So great! Fab store that had the One Piece trading cards in stock before widely available elsewhere!

Fast, cheap, and simple

The package never arrived. Left message on website asking for update four days ago with no reply

Advertised that an item was in stock that wasn't. Didn't respond to emails sent to their support email address. Took them over three weeks to tell me they couldn't fulfil the order, after which time the item was unavailable anywhere else.

Brilliant customer service. Went the extra mile making sure everything was good with my order.

Generally a great shop with a great selection of games and space available to play too. Staff are very helpful and will order stuff in for you if they are able. Actively expanding their space too!

Great getaway and safe place for anyone wanting table top gaming/card games and even RC parts. Literally Aladdins cave of collectables. A* seller and a youth of knowledge no matter what your thing is! Always happy to help 🙏 highly recommend

Awesome company, awesome bloke

BUYER BEWARE: I ordered several products from this website, all of which turned out to be wrong when they arrived. I gave them an email to say my order was wrong and that I’d like a refund or the correct items sent to me. They replied saying that it had been an error on the website and they didn’t have the items I had ordered in stock. I had to pay to return the items and fight tooth and nail to get a refund, a lot of emails exchanged over something which was completely their error. They then claimed the package hadn’t arrived. When I checked the tracking it turned out they’d had it for 6 days. After postponing my refund for ages, I finally received one, although I’m still down the money it cost me to return. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
