Super new venue, same incredible staff. Good selection of games on offer and the layout of the gaming area kept the event I attended nice and private.

I can't recommend Protech enough. Royal Mail left my parcel of 3 Magic Pre-Release kits out in the rain and they got ruined, and the staff at Protech went above and beyond to get compensation for me and chase Royal Mail.

And damage aside their prices were by far the best I'd found for those kits and they shipped extremely quickly.

I only recently found the shop but I'll definitely be ordering from them again in the future.

My order ended up with an incomplete address on. Not their fault, I've since had problems with other stores autocompleting my address without the house number.

However, once I noticed and emailed them, they didn't respond to any of my messages about it. Not even to tell me who the delivery company was or if they returned the item, and not when I asked for a refund after trying everything else. No response at all.

When I tried to find any tracking information all I could find was the "shopify" app which I'd never heard of before, couldn't get working, and I shouldn't need an app to handle an order I placed online.

3rd or 4th purchase, always very quick dispatch, always as advertised, who can complain with service like that.

Placed an order on the 26th of September for pre-order, with full tracking. On the 7th of November the product was released and I haven’t received a notification that the order has been shipped. I have emailed constantly and yet to receive any form of communication or status update of the order. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!

I ordered something from the website and after it was marked as dispatched i waited for it to arrive.
After a week no delivery. I checked the website and it mentioned I need to wait for 28 days before I could raise an issue regarding delivery. I contacted Protech to ask if there was any information they could give me. No reply.
I waited a month after the dispatch notification and then contacted again to request a refund as my item was not received. I not only have not received a refund but I have zero contact from Protech. I would not recommend and I will not be shopping with them again.

Email them to find out what's happening to all my orders and get no reply.

Scammers. Preordered Journey Together Elite Trainer Boxes in January, didn't receive any updates about dispatch. Have been trying to cancel the order since July, they just ignore all emails you send and have disconnected their number
