Great service

I ordered second hand item but unfortunately they didn't have in stock as there's a glitch but the staff there are awesome and I got a second hand on the sprue space wolfs

Fast international shipping
I ordered this through their website, but good and fast delivery to the Netherlands. I had to pay some taxes on top of the original price, but that was already expected. So definitely a good experience with this company and international shipping.

A proper sale
Great price for an item that was hard to get. Good dispatch and posting times. When they have a sale, it’s a proper one with great discounts. I’d not come across this company before and it’s always a bit of a nervous purchase hoping that what you ordered turns up, and in fact if they really have it in stock. Definitely worth checking this company out. Excellent stuff.

Great price poor communication…
Prices for the products were great so was the packaging and shopping. However an item was removed from my order after I paid for it and I wasn't refunded the amount. I don't mind a product was removed if they didn't have it in stock fine. But to remove it and not refund and not communicate it properly seems off to me it was only a couple of quid so it's more the principle of rather than the amount of money.

Came in to pick up an order, and had to bring my 2 year old. Staff were super friendly towards my daughter. It just gave it a genuinely family friendly vibe
