Hi Aidyn,
We really appreciate your very kind feedback on our service. Our editors always do their best to include helpful comments to assist writers in moving forward with their projects following a proofread.

Great job!
The proofing was excellent, high quality and speedy. I provided my institution's referencing guide and they used it to ensure I didn't get tripped up. I was stunned at the speed of the turnaround. The re-wording was mostly good, and the editor was clearly not used to writing in a psychoanalytical style, but that wasn't a big problem. Overall, a great job!

I appreciate the editor caring
I appreciate the editor caring enough to follow my specific instructions....and for providing great feedback.
I am sending my entire manuscript (aprox.135,000 words...66 chapters) one chapter at a time as I can afford to do so. I just received my 2nd chapter back and, as with the first, I am delighted with the edit, proofread, and all the helpful and constructive feedback. It is exciting to have Proofed make changes that transform my manuscript into a well-polished version.

- Availability of my preferred proofreder/ asigned proofreader
- Qulaity of work.
- Flexibility of the staff member
However, I am not happy with the chatting system; the starting it is difficult, unfriendly, and tough because I in the beginning I chat with a machine before a member of staff appears/available to continue chatting with me. This is to suggest, the older version of the chat style is more friendly than this one
