good
I think that the grammar corrections, editing and formatting really improved the article after Profeed., however, the journal required editing by them anyway for grammar and formatting errors...

Hi Ali,
We're sorry to hear that you're disappointed with the document we worked on and have investigated your complaint.
It came to our attention that we mistakingly edited a previous document of yours even though you only ordered proofreading, thereby setting up unrealistic expectations of our services. We apologise for this rare oversight and have already offered to edit your document for free. We're awaiting your response.
The good news is that the services you ordered were delivered to our usual standards, so we hope you'll consider revising your review.
All the best,
The Proofed Team
Good basic service!
Very quick turnaround service regarding the proofreading service for my statement of purpose. Lots of grammar and word choice edits to make my essay sound more natural and sophisticated. I would have liked if they had some comments regarding my content and overall structure related to the prompt though.

Hi VS,
Thanks for your feedback and the recommendation.
We understand that our customers often work to tight deadlines, so we pride ourselves on being able to offer various turnaround times to suit their needs. Although all our editors cannot always return customers' documents earlier than the stated time, we're glad that on this occasion, you received yours sooner than expected.
We look forward to proofreading your next one!

The Proofed Team
Thanks for not wasting my time!
I asked for minimal changes for errors in spelling, punctuation, and grammar while leaving tone and structure as-is. Many times reviewers don't adhere to that, which results in me doing a lot more work to identify and implement the necessary changes.
This reviewer did great, and I feel my time wasn't wasted. Thank you.
