I was skeptical
I was skeptical, but I decided to try the Proofed free offer of 500 words of proofreading. I sent a synopsis of my novel, and was delighted with their untangling of some awkward phrases and other improvements.

This is third time I use Proofed services. In relation to the previous services, this time the service was kind of neglected. After the proofreading I found 3-mistakes that were not corrected during the proofreading. Therefore, I think this last time the service was neglected, may be with the aim of deliver as fast as you can, you are deteriorating the quality

I paid for editing and formatting
I paid for editing and formatting. The document was not formatted. The reason for this was that I did not inform them of the formatting styles. When I placed the order, there were no style selection options available. In addition, instead of a reduction of my CV, I sent it on four pages, and I received my CV on six pages. You have not reduced the number of words in my CV, you have been unable to make it pass the ATS reviews, and you have not been able to add industry-specific terms to it. Then what do you mean by professional CV writers and editors?
Will never recommend it to anyone.

Hello Abdu,
We're sorry to see this review as we offered to edit your document for free to acknowledge not informing you quickly enough that our service doesn't include word count or page reduction.
As you never ordered editing, only proofreading and formatting, we consider this a generous offer.
Regarding the formatting, the proofreader tidied the font and the layout, which has resulted in a neater-looking CV.
All the best,
The Proofed Team
