Landline transfer help
I rang as my elderly parents did not understand the transfer of landline service from analogue to digital and thought they were being scammed. It took a while for the call back but, once I spoke to Belle, she was extremely helpful and friendly. She understood the difficulties in helping elderly parents, arranged for me to be the first point of contact going forward and we agreed a plan for arranging the transfer of the landline to digital. Belle also proposed a slightly lower priced package for the services they use which was appreciated. Thank you for your help Belle.

My mum was an account holder and died…
My mum was an account holder and died last month. They’re the only company I have dealt with who couldn’t deal with the admin involved on one day. They continued to send letters and bills addressed to my mum after I had informed them of her death and these went to her house which was empty. They then charged £165 just to shut her account even under the circumstances of her death. Staff were polite but this is exorbitant and not in keeping with the many other firms and providers I’ve dealt with as mum’s executor. I’d advise you to shop around because these guys leave a bad taste in the mouth.

Yesterday Leanna very kindly called me back and tried to resolve my continuing problem. She listen well, was attentive and investigated as far as she was able before passing the matter on to the finance team to hopefully resolve completely this time.
Leanne has a lovely warm personality and takes a pride in her work and has excellent customer services skills.

Tiahh was really helpful and sorted my problem. My Mum had over paid on 2 months and because I hadn't said anything last month she cannot have a refund for April but she was unaware because she hadn't been sent a paper bill as has always been requested, a bit disappointing. Tiahh did her best for me and has arranged for future paper invoices and the May refund, thank you Tiahh2

It did take a while to get through but I finally spoken to Thiahh who was very polite and helpful which was very commendable considering she was relatively new to the job. I got what I needed from the call. Absolutely no problem.

Been trying to cancel contract have phoned there lines are always busy I've been waiting over 30mins on many occasions saying lines are busy high volume of calls(JOKE PHONED AT 9.05 AND THERE SO BUSY)done reback.. they rang me phone rang twice then it cut of!! I just want to cancel contract. .for god sake make it easy!! A TERRIBLE SERVICE DON'T BOTHER!!

Wonderful Tiahh and Chloe
I give Tiahh and Chloe 5 stars. They worked as a team to rectify my outstanding issues. I couldn’t have asked any more of them. Tiahh was apologetic about the delay in getting back to me citing the high levels of calls. I appreciate this but there has got to be something wrong with the call system. I have only given a 4 star rating overall because of my difficulty in accessing a person to talk to ( 4 working days ). The call back option is not reliable.

I would like to give the girls 5 stars, they have been very helpful and friendly. However I am rating the experience, this is can only give 4 stars as it took so long to resolve.
I think we are nearly there now, once the whole matter has finished, with waivers and adjustments to billing applied. I will gladly rate again.

I had a query about a letter received about upgrading my aunt's phone to digital. Tiahh was very helpful, pleasant and I felt she new what she was talking about so gave me confidence.

Poor customer service
I have only rated you 1 star to enable me to proceed.
Whilst your young lady Mae was sympathetic and helpful on the phone, I find the customer service of Premier Talk very poor.
I believe you have a duty of care to all your customers, which has not been the case in my Mothers situation.
My mother is an elderly, vunerable but independent lady, but your actions have lessoned that independence and made her more anxious. She has no faith in your new system at all.
In the last two months since your installation of your "more reliable and future-proof digital service" my mother has been without a phone service on two occasions. This is entirely unacceptable.
I feel that you should apologise in writing ( not expexted) and compensate her for the stress and anxiety caused during this period

My CISAS case.
Premier talk cut off my landline in November 2025 leading me to switch provider in December. Despite this Premier have continued to bill me as if i did not switch provider and are now saying I owe total of £515
They have not responded to my CISAS case about this matter even after three extensions to the deadline.
Please improve contact and service,Please also respond to my CISAS case urgently
The customer service is also minimal.
I would also add that I am personally not in the least bit surprised that Premiertalk have not responded. This is the sustained experience I have had throughout correspondence with them.
