Update on no Internet or phone line…

Update on no Internet or phone line from the 12th may its the 2 of June l had a phone call telling me that it's going to take 2 weeks to get back on the Internet as they can't go over to the full fibre that l have payed for if you are thinking of going to fibre Internet with them don't

After a few failed attempts at getting…

After a few failed attempts at getting my 87 year old mother in laws account sorted out. I escalated it to their escalation team. I dealt with two lovely ladies Ally and Chloe. Both very knowledgeable and apologetic with regards to the way the account was dealt with. I believe it is now all cleared up. But obviously have to wait until the next bill.

Ruby was so helpful and rang my elderly…

Ruby was so helpful and rang my elderly step dad to explain the new policies however he has decide to cancel his land line as has no need for internet infact he can’t even use a computer or smart tv etc do I need further help in how we canx the line with you please asap so he does not get charged again thank you

First of all I did not purchase…

First of all I did not purchase anything..today . Spoke to a couple of lovely ladies Thiahh and Mae.. regarding billing, they were lovely, the company itself needs to improve on waiting times on call backs and responding to emails..

Callback lady so helpful!

Calling to get through to someone is near on impossible! You are put straight into a queue which lasts for ages. I chose to do the call back option as was calling on behalf of my grandparents and wanted to try every thing I could. It did take 4 hours to get a call back.
I can’t remember her name, but the lady who called me back was lovely. She was apologetic that my Nan and I had been trying to get through to someone for days. She sorted my issues straight away, even happy to stay on the phone while I messaged my Nan to ask what she wanted to do. I believe she’s quite new to the company - a great asset!

Feedback in respect of Ruby's phone call

Ruby took the time to explain to me the pros of updating my contract alongside the need to change from analogue to digital. She allowed me the time to ask questions and to ask for the discussion to be emailed to me.

Telephone call with Premier

When premier finally responded to my calls which I have to say took several days! I finally managed to speaker to a representative called Tiahh who helpful although still training she gave me answers to my questions if she was unsure she discussed with her trainer before confirming her answer or clarifying. She was very pleasant and understanding and I wish her every success in her new post I'm sure she will be an asset to the team.

I definitely was thrilled with Ruby

I definitely was thrilled with Ruby. She appeared to solve a long standing issue with billing( PT haven't taken a payment since December). She appeared to solve the problems. I don't know if it's Ruby or the billing department, but once again I am having issues
