What an amazing service!! Collected my pushchair and delivered straight to my friend 4 hours away. Jordan was so lovely and careful when securing it so it didn’t get damaged and went out of his way to make sure it was delivered straight to her so she wasn’t without a pushchair any longer than necessary! Couldn’t fault it and will definitely use again!

My collection and delivery were first class, my goods were transported with great care, and such a long distance, I was delighted to receive it the same day it was collected - nearly 500 miles. The delivery was great, the driver and colleague were very helpful, and the item was extremely heavy but they placed it exactly where I needed it. I would totally recommend them. Fast delivery, polite, helpful- what more could you ask for. Very happy, I will use this company again for sure. Thank you for your help.

I found a sofa I wanted from Facebook marketplace as I couldn’t buy it anywhere else. The place they was selling was 2 hours away so at first I left it, then I came across porta after researching and I never thought about using a delivery service to collect your items. It was good they give the person cash on door and then the sofa was delivered I 2 days. Would use this again!

Communication was excellent. There was a slight problem with collection time due to issues outside of their control, they informed us and offered a solution which was above my expectations. Cost was also very reasonable.

Really easy to deal with! Arrived on time text before hand .

Two desks were collected and one of them arrived damaged. The responsible individuals disappeared upon requesting a claim for the damage. Tried to contact them several times and received no response.

Great experience from start to finish. Very slick and easy booking application. Courier was reliable. He maintained good communication with both me and the person I was collecting the item from. Overall this was exactly what I needed for collecting a bed bought on FB marketplace. Saved my time and me renting a van!!
