Booked a job in - assigned promptly. Courier then failed to turn up on 3 separate occasions. Job then cancelled with only a text notifying me.
Very disappointing.

Great team, very efficient and very quick turn around. Would definitely recommend and they offer a very competitive price!

Was looking at the usual delivery companies to move a chair from London to Portsmouth, most of the 'usual' big companies wouldn't even deliver as it was 'outside of their remit' or it was going to cost me several £quid, then I found Porto...easy online booking, paid the fee, added same day delivery and it was still half the price of everyone else...my driver, Yvonne, texted me the day before and told me what time she would arrive and she did...my daughter received the chair a couple of hours later...what a wonderful service, thank you Porto, and Yvonne, I will definitely be looking you up next time, highly recommend

I bought a cupboard on eBay that I wasn't able to collect, so I used porta to collect for me. It was a really simple process, my questions were answered quickly - I'd really recommend. I had a slight issue on the day- the Porta team were great and immediately resolved the issue for me, thank you!

They kept us updated about their arrival time and they told us when it would be delivered. Sent us photos of the item on the journey. Would use again.

Porta's driver and his family team were absolutely brilliant - really, really nice and so helpful and considerate. He even did the heavy lifting of the table top and aligned the pegs in the correct holes for assembly. The collection/delivery was completed very prompt too - table and chairs collected from Seaford at 10am and delivered in Crowborough shortly after 11am.
This was the first time I'd ever used Porta - what a super first-time experience.

When I booked I didn't realise that this was a 'platform company', and that the drivers are 'self-employed'.
But the guy who did my job was excellent in every way, and I couldn't have asked for more.

I needed some large car body parts urgently but the only person I found selling them was over 200 miles away.

A quick online search led me to find Porta and my first experience was genuinely great.

The site was really easy to use, pricing was transparent and I was able to tailor the collection and delivery dates as well as the level of insurance to my own needs.

The first courier cancelled the job but it was picked up by another within a matter of hours.

Being able to add further details to the job was really useful and my parts were delivered in less than 24 hours.

Based on this experience I will definitely be using Porta in the future and have already told several people about it.

Third or fourth time using Porta. Easy to book, paid £6 extra for the insurance and updates and driver was communicative, helpful and on time. All in all no complaints and will use Porta again!
