On time collection, easy to organise and fast delivery. Driver was polite and well organised.

Very easy to book and sort out a time frame.

Peter Turner did a great job moving my mum’s motorised wheel chair loaded it carefully, strapped it down well. Came when he said he would let us know he was his way. All round great service

Professional and on time

I have had the most amazing experience with Porta this last year. In an effort to move on after losing my husband two years ago, I decided to change all my furniture. I have purchased over 20 pieces of furniture from Ebay and they were all delivered by Porta. Not one single piece was damaged, even two mirrors. The couriers are ALL so considerate, helpful and handled the furniture with care. Having this service has opened up the choice of choosing items from all over the UK, not just locally, at courier prices no higher than local charges if you are flexible. I could not recommend this service higher and I look forward to finding a few treasures in the future because I have the option to buy nationally. In fact, I shall start on my garden! Thank you so much!

Excellent services. Everything arrived in perfect condition.
There was an issue with the original courier breaking down but it was resolved very quickly and efficiently in the original timescale. Couldn’t ask for more.

Since being introduced by a friend, I find Porta delivery to be a well organised company that is well efficient in delivering to people of all kinds. Whether rich or not so rich, Porta provides a dedicated service to fit everyones need in my opinion. Porta has a very dedicated and professional Staff team especially my contact Staff - Paul. He is very efficient and an effective communicator, with a positive inter- personal skills, Paul is always willing to listen and assists customers to solve any problems arising, small or large.

The only draw back is that, some of Porta's delivering partners have poor time keeping ability. But over all, great and unique service. Very unique and professional.

Paul in my view is a role model and a great ambassador for Porta delivery. Would always introduce Porta delivery to friends and families. Paul needs to be celebrated in his role. Many thanks to Paul!

I cane across this company on the website,, made a call and the guy was great lovely phone manner,, any how the day of my delivery the van turned up it was a old tatty van ,, the driver had no ramp to take my moped off the van so had ti be taken off by manpower which is a complete Joke so unprofessional. I would not use this company again this completely put me off ,, I paid good money to have my moped delivered and I was not impressed with the van and drivers and the way they took my moped off the van. Ridiculous.

The key to this being a good transaction was great communication from Porta and the mover Gavin.
Porta approached me to ask for a different delivery day on WhatsApp and communication with them was extremely easy.
The mover was extremely friendly and did an excellent job.
