*AVOID* Absolute con company. Sold me a ticket online3 hrs before departure for a train with no allocated seat, so I wrongly assumed the seats were for anyones taking when you got onboard. The dangerously overbooked train had no seats available and people were hanging out in the corridors as there was no where else to go. Refused to refund my money so I am writing this review.

Bought two round trip tickets from Jaroslaw to Krakow, still didn't get refund from unused tickets

very bad service allways train late.and some staff allways very angry and not friendly.

This website is more like spam advert than train website. Do not waste your time on it. Flashing content. No cookie selection- they push you to accept whatever they want. Also, I put 4 times name of initial station and website was deleting it. If I wasn't living in that "station" I would think there's no connection between point a and b but I live and I know. So the quality of info from the website is very poor. Don't rely on it.

Exorbitant service charge. (Which was hidden in the fine print.) They did deliver, but you're better off dealing directly with the train company.

They don't have kids ticket for tourists or a proper family packet. In the train they inform me that the family packet it was wrong because my children should study in Poland to get any discount and I should pay for 4 adult tickets instead. (2 children age 6 & 12). So I paid 133zl plus around 400zl for a penalty. When we went to the complain office nobody was giving attention and nobody was speaking English. They said to me in the train I had the right of a refund and at the office they said only after 3 months or something.

They are a total scam. They sell tickets that are more expensive and then they are not responsible for anything. No exchanges/ refunds even on the day of purchase. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THIS IS A SCAM.

I manager to return the tickets via the website - much faszerowane than standing in long queues that I often see at railwya stations!

SUPERB! It's easy way to buy tickets for polish trains and it works well! Helpful support via mail or phone.

Tip: first check your spam box, if there is no ticket, contact customer service.

This website looks convincingly professional but is a scam. I booked and paid for train tickets (credit card payment was processed) but no confirmation email or tickets ever arrived. Nor did I get a response to my query email. Money down the drain!!! DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE

If i have a chance to leave no star, I would. Purchased 2 adults return train tickets from this website for Warsaw to krakow recommended by google. It is a scammer! Waited more than an hour to receive valid tickets sent to my email but never arrived. Did not look genuine. Contact Monzo asap to raise a dispute. Avoid!!!

We had 1st class tickets from to Budapest from Warsaw and return. What a joke. Nobody picked up our trash (from buying drink from the food car). Conductors were sometimes nasty. There was no benefit to paying for a first class ticket except for having a table. Big deal.

I bought through Polish trains website tickets for two people from Cracow to Wrocklav and return. I never got the tickets neither on my e-mail nor as SMS. So I had to buy tickets at the station (at a lower price). I asked for refund of both tickets but I got money (minus commisions) only for one.
The name Polish trains induce customers to think that they are dealing with the national railways company, but actually they are just brokers that provide tickets (but not always, as in my case) with a significative commission which they do keep when you ask for refund (even if you got no tickets as it occurred to me). Conclusion: do not trust this website when buying tickets for polish railways.

If you just want to buy a ticket, fine.. but do t expect ANY customer service. They have 2 different phone numbers, both weren’t operating the day I was traveling. Multiple emails sent, no reply. Short of story - you can probably buy your ticket at the station for less hassle and greater ability to change (they made me contact Polish Trains about my reservation at station.. wouldnt even talk to me)

Scammers! Never use this service!
There was a bug on the site and because of this I bought tickets in the wrong direction. I wrote to the company about this situation, providing a photo of the problem, to which they answered me that there was nothing like that on their website and this is my problem.
They refunded only part of the ticket price and because of their bug on the site I lost money.

Travelled for the first time with this company (we are on holiday in Poland from Ireland).
Absolutely can not fault this company.
We had the most comfortable train journey from Warsaw to Krakow (return) - we took the fast train.
The food on board was delicious and the staff so helpful and polite.
The train was spotlessly clean inside and arrived and departed on time.
I had an issue where I needed to change the departure time of the ticket I booked so I emailed customer service who promptly dealt with my request.
Fabulous service!!!
