This booking site sucks. Bought 4 tickets together and was told no assigned seating when we get to the station we found out we were assigned 4 scattered seats. Nothing the conductor could do about it.
Book direct and avoid this BS and the service charge.
I appreciate PolishTrains reaching back but they are not being honest because you can choose your seats when you book directly with the train company.

When specific seats cannot be selected, seats are assigned automatically based on availability provided by the carrier, so they may not always be together. Es fácil comprar, pero una pesadilla si tienes algún problema, ya que NUNCA se ponen en contacto contigo a pesar de los repetidos intentos.
Por otra parte, no es posible realizar cambios en los billetes emitidos, ya que continuamente da error de servidor y todo el proceso fue una tortura.
NO ES DE CONFIAR SI TIENES ALGUNA INCIDENCIA, NO RESPONDEN

When I searched to make a reservation…
When I searched to make a reservation for September 5, only one option in the 11 p.m. hour appeared. I clicked “Previous times” and booked a morning slot, but it turned out to be for September 4, so I had no choice but to cancel it. I then specified September 6 and went through the same process, and was able to make a reservation for September 5.

Ticket never received after payment
I bought a ticket, then it stayed in "processing ticket" forever. For returning it, it was necessary to enter the ticket number, which was impossible since i never received a ticket. Absolute fraud

Save time for group tickets, you’ll need it
I had to buy 13 tickets and it took me an hour and a half to do it because:
A) I couldn’t find an option to buy a group ticket, although I saw it online. When I asked about this option, the response was insufficient.
B) When I had bought 6 tickets and I had to buy more, the webpage fell continuously, what resulted in having to start over the process again and again.
Eventually, I downloaded an app that allowed me to buy the tickets much faster.

Some problems with the site
Some problems with the site, otherwise really easy to understand and book. Unfortunately not possible to choose Sweden + 46 for mms notifications. Train artival etc..
