Bait and switch
Some bulb company that must own them are doing a bate and switch on their copper bullet hose they continuously advertise.
When you go to their website to purchase, the free sprayer is not available. In fact, they won’t sell the sale copper one and they won’t give you a deal on anything anymore.

It ok if you just want a hose but if you want to use clip on cleaners eg wet n forget you can't as you can't remove nozzle

I got two of these
I got two of these, they are great being light weight, but, they lasted less than a month, I had one at my marina to clean my boat and one at home. They both sprung a big leak in about the same spot, they can't be repaired, what a waste!

Just installed my new Pockethose and…
Just installed my new Pockethose and love it! It has such great choices of spray nozzle types and I think the easy turn off valve is ideal. The Pocket hose looks great and shrinks up small so I can store it in a decorative outside pot!
I actually bought 3 and got rid of my old clumsy hoses 😀

Copper pocket hose lasted less than six weeks before leaking. I have been trying to get them to honor their warranty after two telephone calls to customer service And 4 emails. With my proof of purchase and receipt, I have not gotten a response nor have I gotten a refund. I just wanted another hose like they guaranteed. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau, I believe this company is a scam

Not impressed
Not impressed. Hose expands until you turn it on and it then shrinks back. I increased the pressure to see if it would maintain its length whilst using but still did not work. Waste of time!!

No way is the 50 foot hose expandable…
No way is the 50 foot hose expandable to 50 feet......maybe to 35 feet with a hard tugging and pulling. Also, it barely recoils after use. I still have to wind it up.

My three-year-old grandson and I were…
My three-year-old grandson and I were filling his baby pool and the hose exploded making a loud bang and it hit him in the eyebrow just about his eye. Is this normal? I have another one to use but not quite sure about using it anymore. He is fine a little bruising, but it could’ve been so much worse with all the pressure, and if it would’ve hit a little bit lower

If you don’t want aggravation don’t buy this hose everything they said it’s a lie. The first day I got this hose a hole deflected the hose and it was no good. Still trying to get my money back from them a they keep giving me the ran around for my money. It’s been almost a week and they keep saying 24 to 48 hours and nothing yet. So sabe your money and sanity

I fell for the ad and ordered this…
I fell for the ad and ordered this hose. It lasted less than an month and sprung a leak. I have tried to get return/refund info to no avail. Email addresses dont work and there is no actual address for the company on the site. I guess I get my credit card co. to cancel the transaction.

I ordered the 25ft
I ordered the 25ft. Hose. When it arrived. I realized it was too short. I emailed 2x to see about exchanging. Never received a response. Looked on website for address in order to return for a refund. 2 weeks after sending, still no response. Called customer service. They spoke barely any English. Hung up in frustration. They would not transfer me to someone else. Kept asking for a tracking # which I did mot have.
I have emailed again. I doubt I will get a response let alone a refund.

Charged my credir card but never ship the hose. No customer service.
(Updated) Better off buying through Amazon.
I ordered two pocket hoses from direct from their websites with the projected delivery date of July 2nd. The tracking number for the hoses shown that they never actually got to the carrier. Serveral attempts to contact in early July via the contact forms were met with automatic reply but no real resolution or information. After I contacted Bank of America at the end of July/early AUgust and more attempts to contact them via email address I found on review sites, I finally got a reply and a credit for merchandises I didn't received.
I turned around and bought the same items on Amazon (sold by them but shipped from Amazon) and I got them in a few days.
The product, itself, is fine. I bought many over the past several years. Be sure to empty it when you are done using and keep it off direct sun light and it will last longer... but expect to buy a new one every 2-3 years.
Thank you @Brittany for following up now but my experience isn't unique.

Took money but no product
I ordered 2-25 ft hoses a few months ago to test the company, and because my Dad wanted one. He asked for a 50 ft. one for Father's Day. The product works great, but I have not heard or received anything from the company. My credit card was charged the day of the order, but I have yet to receive an email confirmation or product. I have messaged them multiple times, and they state it must've been lost in shipping. No item, no refunds. Don't waste your time, because you will lose money.

Placed order for 2- 100 feet pocket…
Placed order for 2- 100 feet pocket hose copper bullets on 6/16/24. Received order confirmation 6/17/24. Confirmation indicated order had shipped. 10 days later no shipment received. I emailed customer service and received an email that they were looking into my order. I noticed that my card was charged first for $182 + on 6/27/24 and then for $1 more on 6/28/24. I can not reach anyone in customer service by phone or online. My card company says I must wait until the pending status of their charge clears before I can dispute the charge. What a nightmare. No more orders fro TV ads for me. Bob Villa should be ashamed that his good name is supporting this scam.

Pocket Hose Copper Bullet - This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!
I tried ordering the 25FT hose for 29.99 on June 19th 2024, but the confirmation, after they had my credit card, was for $68.10, they included a 50 foot, with their special sprayer, plus tax and shipping for the total of $68.10.
I have been trying to contact their customer service # but you wait and then you are dropped from the call. I tried emailing them to customer support and replying to their emails of my order, all came back undeliverable. I called Bulbhead which I guess handles their orders, actually did get someone and he said he found the order, I told him to cancel the entire order, I did not want to do business with them. He offered to refund $15 to me, to keep the oder, I doubt I would ever see that, I said no and insisted they cancelled the entire order, he said he would, his name was Harry. I kept getting emails that my order was temporarily held up. THEN, I noticed on my credit card where the $68.10 was pending all of this time, that the amount was split into $1 and $67.10, very deceptive, these charges went through. I notified my bank credit card to not pay the two charges, they will investigate. To date, 6/24/2024 I have not received any products from them, If I do I will send them back. Do not buy anything from this company.
