I love my pocket hose
I love my pocket hose. I use it in my barn, I can fill my horses water buckets and water tank and it all rolls back up and I can put a 100 foot hose back in a bucket in the tack room when I am done. No frozen hoses to thaw out.

Hi Bobbie,
Thank you for the wonderful review! We're so glad to hear that the pocket hose is working perfectly for your barn needs. It's great to know that it's making tasks like filling water buckets and tanks easier and more convenient. Plus, the ability to roll it back up and store it without worrying about frozen hoses is a big win! We appreciate your feedback and are happy to be a part of making your barn routine a bit smoother. Enjoy your hassle-free watering! - Brittany, PocketHose Support
Mediocre
Doesn’t work as advertised and the connection end stretched out but never retracted. The first 5 feet of the faucet connected end stretched out and never retracted as advertised. It remains stretched out permanently. I have pictures if needed. The response I just received is false and misleading. The hose does not recoil as advertised. I’ll be happy to send you pictures.

Hi Steve,
Thank you for taking the time to share about your experience, we appreciate it. We apologize for any confusion as the hose will not fully retract itself. Once the water is out of the hose, it will shrink back to it's original size, however the water must be emptied. If you have any further questions or need support, please reach out. ease of use
Quick response, excellent product. My new favorite hose. So much easier to use.
This company if very community minded. Sent donation of hoses to our church community vegetable garden group, helping others to grow a productive garden.
This was exceptionally appreciated by older gardeners as it is so easy to use.

Bait and switch
Some bulb company that must own them are doing a bate and switch on their copper bullet hose they continuously advertise.
When you go to their website to purchase, the free sprayer is not available. In fact, they won’t sell the sale copper one and they won’t give you a deal on anything anymore.

Hi Paul,
We're truly sorry for the inconvenience you've experienced. It's important to note that all our hoses do have removable nozzles. It's possible there may have been a misunderstanding or a mistake during your purchase if you've got a hose with a fixed nozzle.
We attempted to contact you in order to gather additional details necessary to resolve this issue, but we unfortunately did not receive a response within the timeframe set by Trustpilot. This has meant that we've been unable to identify your specific order or establish further contact with you.
Your satisfaction as our customer is of utmost importance to us and we would like to rectify this situation immediately. Please contact us directly at customersupport@pockethose.com so we can sort this out together. We are here and ready to assist you at any time.

I got two of these
I got two of these, they are great being light weight, but, they lasted less than a month, I had one at my marina to clean my boat and one at home. They both sprung a big leak in about the same spot, they can't be repaired, what a waste!

Just installed my new Pockethose and love it! It has such great choices of spray nozzle types and I think the easy turn off valve is ideal. The Pocket hose looks great and shrinks up small so I can store it in a decorative outside pot!
I actually bought 3 and got rid of my old clumsy hoses 😀

Copper pockethosebubblehead.com
Copper pocket hose lasted less than six weeks before leaking. I have been trying to get them to honor their warranty after two telephone calls to customer service And 4 emails. With my proof of purchase and receipt, I have not gotten a response nor have I gotten a refund. I just wanted another hose like they guaranteed. I would like to report them to the Better Business Bureau, I believe this company is a scam

Not impressed
Not impressed. Hose expands until you turn it on and it then shrinks back. I increased the pressure to see if it would maintain its length whilst using but still did not work. Waste of time!!

Hi Kay, thanks for taking the time to share about your experience. We apologize to hear about any issues but can assure you that we are here to assist. For the hose to expand to the desired length, you will need to use full water pressure. Once you are doing using the hose, it will shrink back up to help save space. If you have any further questions, please reach out, we are always here and happy to assist - Brittany, Pockethose Support

No way is the 50 foot hose expandable to 50 feet......maybe to 35 feet with a hard tugging and pulling. Also, it barely recoils after use. I still have to wind it up.

Hi Joan, thank you for taking the time to share about your experience. We apologize for any issues and will be happy to add some clarification. The hose will expand to 50ft once you turn on the water pressure, it will then shrink back to size once you are done using it and empty the water out. If you have any further questions, please reach out. We are always happy to assist - Brittany, Pockethose Support
My three-year-old grandson and I were…
My three-year-old grandson and I were filling his baby pool and the hose exploded making a loud bang and it hit him in the eyebrow just about his eye. Is this normal? I have another one to use but not quite sure about using it anymore. He is fine a little bruising, but it could’ve been so much worse with all the pressure, and if it would’ve hit a little bit lower
I have tried contacting pocket hose twice, but they have not answered
