I like the hose I think, however not sure how long it will last. Snags easily on things. Material with snags, I’m afraid not going to be able to use for everything.

Bite the Bullet
I bought the Copper Bullet hose and the second time using it washing a vehicle and dropped onto an asphalt driveway, the end with the sprayer nozzle snapped into. I tried to reach out to pocket hose but never got any answer back from them.

This hose and company are the real deal.
I’ve seen this hose advertised a lot. I wanted to try it but it seemed too good to be a product that actually worked as shown. I bought one and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it worked and how light it was. It works as shown on the commercials. I had a minor problem and the company took care of things immediately. I can’t speak highly enough about this product and the level of customer service the company offers.

My spray nozzle just essential fell apart after very limited use. I do love the hose itself but I feel like I should've been able to get more than 3-4 months out of the nozzle

Absolutely love the Pockethose
Absolutely love the Pockethose! I have 3. I have 2 long hoses that are attached together to reach a garden behind my house which is at a great distance from the water source. I also have a smaller one for use in the front. Easy to "collapse" and get out of the way when necessary. Also easy for winter storage.

The company made the pocket hose well! The nozzle is not made cheap, the hose is lightweight and easy to manage. So much better than those rubber hoses! I got rid of mine and replaced them all with pocket hoses. They will make great gifts too.

We ordered 3 hoses due to a big yard and it's wonderful to not drag a heavy hose around. All 3 are connected throughout the yard so everything can get watered and cleaned as needed. Great purchase.

Our 100 ft hose leaks
We have had our 100 ft hose in use less than month. Part of the rubber hose guard has broken. The connection at the faucet leaks. By reading their return policy I don't think you would be able to return anything. We have an older 100 ft that still works well.

My pocket hose doesn’t expand at all. I ordered a 50’ hose and received a25’ hose. If this hose would expand maybe it would get to 50’. Send an e-mail have NOT. Received any response. Very disappointing!

We responded to your email on April 11, 2025, but it seems we haven’t heard back from you. Just in case our message was missed, we wanted to follow up with you here as well.
Please note that Pocket Hose units will only reach their full length when expanded at full water pressure (80 PSI). Right out of the box, the hose appears much shorter — usually around 18 feet — but once fully pressurized, it will stretch to the full 50 ft as advertised.
If you’re still having issues after testing it at full pressure, please let us know — we’re here to help and want to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Pocket hose not as guaranteed
Pocket hose is a great concept, however, the area around the nozzle broke within the first week. We bought 2 hoses, so we were not that worried, but the second one broke shortly thereafter. I contacted customer service because they claim the hoses are guaranteed, but my message was ignored. I’m not happy that I spent so much for hoses that do not function as guaranteed.
