At every step of the way, from our initial visit to Plush (Marion) to select and place an order, through to delivery of an Albany 3-seat Vogo Carbon-upholstered electric recliner sofa within the anticipated timeframe, I experienced friendly, efficient service from the staff involved. I especially appreciated the updates/tracking information on progress and notification of the scheduled delivery date, as well as prompt responses to my enquiries over the phone. We are delighted with the finished product, which was received yesterday in excellent condition. Thankyou all.

Great Furniture Replacement Experience
Salesman (Rahul) was great...showed us the products, and took particular interest to ensure the suite would fit the entry to house. Delivery guys were amazing....friendly, punctual, careful with the lift and did a great job to install the 2 suites in the lounge where we wished. Great experience all round!

Gun from Plush in Fyshwick is the best!
Gun from Plush in Fyshwick was so incredibly helpful and communicated with me the entire process giving me updates along the way. The delivery team that was organised delivered the couch, unwrapped in, popped the legs on and placed it in position which I did not expect. So happy with everything. Oh and the couch is INSTANTLY comfortable.
Great sales staff but delivery was a letdown…
Was very impressed with the sales staff who made us feel comfortable making a big purchase. unfortunately one of your delivery agents needs to be brought up to speed on dealing with customers in their own home as he was abrupt in his manner, did not respect my wife and failed to ask for permission to check out access or where the packaging was to be placed.

We purchased two chairs and a leather couch/recliner. On the shop floor, Raj was super helpful and knowledgeable without the hard sell. Amongst other things he suggested rechargeable battery packs to get around the couch being located in the centre of the room. He was even answering my questions on the weekend (not expected) to ensure the correct rechargeable batteries were purchased. The wait time was slightly less than stated, meaning expectations were honestly set. No issues with delivery except we needed to dispose of a lot of cardboard, but Raj had told us this policy upfront. Happy with the products and service.
Not very impressed
Not very impressed by the longer than expected wait on this couch, its sagging already after 4 hours, there was rubbish left over our lawn, one of the people installing it dropped the cup holder which i have just discovered left a dent on it. The delivery men were very kind but the damage wasnt mentioned and i was too naive to check it before signing the damage form.
Considering we paid more than my car for this couch we expected more from this company
extremely bad delivery arrangement
We agreed on a delivery date one week ago, but only the previous night I got a text message saying it’s going to be delivered 7:45 AM. No one warned me about this and they won’t let you to pick a delivery time, the text message is the only way you would know you’ve been assigned an awkward time slot. And you find there is no way to communicate because they’ve already closed no one is going to answer the call till 9AM next day. Obviously they charge you double if no one answer the door next morning.
I had to make many phone calls and be extremely aggressive to make them change the time slot to 11 AM. Luckily I got the text message before 5 PM, so good luck to you if you decide to buy their delivery service.

Well priced, communicative, great product, and I loved most how personal they are, as I have a small unit and had started to lose hope I would find a COMFORTABLE couch that fit. They were able to make the seats smaller for me. Only thing stopping it being a 5* review is the timeline. It took almost exactly 12 weeks. I would assume most people don't go out looking for couches thinking they need to do it almost 3 months in advance. I was entertaining over the holidays and would have liked to have the couch for that, so I went in late October thinking I'd surely have it by December. I get the issues behind this situation, but it must be tough for people who are moving into new homes and have nothing, if they are unaware of wait times. I hope this is something they are trying to work on as a company. Otherwise, great experience.
