They communicated frequently with my order updates, and delivery times.
There delivery team were amazing.
They were courteous, took care in placing my lounge and so friendly in every way possible.
Would recommend these services to anyone.

The real time tracking of arrival of the delivery made it very easy to prepare for it. Both delivery workers were friendly and efficient.

From the sales staff to the delivery team, everything about my experience was great. The sales staff were fantastic and helpful. I even visited a second Plush store at their suggestion to actually try out the lounge.
The delivery team were so efficient, 7 mins unload, unpack and assemble the lounge and they took great care. Their communication about arrival times was terrific, keeping me updated from the previous day to the real time tracking right to delivery.

Good range, up front about delivery times

We ordered a swivel chair and the staff were super helpful. The chair has arrived and it’s very comfy and exactly what we were expecting.

Delivery completely let our experience down. Delivery arrive 3hrs after the end of the 3hr delivery window. Wasted out entire day.

We are very excited with the delivery of the Mirow leather 3 seater dual electric recliner and electric headrest and the Mirow 2 seater lounge. Looks fantastic in our lounge room and makes our living area complete. Thanks to Michael at the Fortitude Valley showroom for his patience in showing us options and taking and following our order. Kudos to Stephen and Nathan for delivering the order efficiently and very professionally and in no time all was set up. Thanks guys.

Arrived on time, Charlie and his assistant who delivered the sofa, were friendly and very helpful

2 very nice young guys installed my lounge, chair & rug.

The delivery service was great, however we acknowledge that we have made the wrong choice as we have found the couch to be too firm and uncomfortable.

Great experience with the floor staff and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Was kept upto date through the whole process and everything ran smoothly for the delivery.

The delivery date was changed without a phone call. The people over the phone for customer service was awful. Not very helpful.
Delivery people: amazing service. Very efficient in bringing in 2 couches and ottoman and setting it all up within 10 mins. They collated the rubbish and tied it into a neat pile which was easy to throw out.

Product is very comfortable.

From the sales team, in store support after purchase through to the delivery team excellent experience. Highly recommend.
