Finding a reasonably priced, decent quality "storage bench" for our bedroom proved very difficult with us having checked several shops, some with great product, but at exorbitant pricing. Then we drop into Amart where, well, there wasn't much to choose from (same as all other shops we looked at for this unusual product), but what they had was perfect. The right colour, size and quality, and best of all, it was at a decent price.

I had a very remarkable experience with Amart Furniture from my first purchase, and I am truly sure that as long as I live in Perth, I will be a regular customer. I was frustrated with the delay of my online order for a bed package, as visitors were arriving on the same day I expected the delivery, which didn't arrive on time. Fortunately, a family member who had previously purchased from Amart recommended visiting your store if we wanted the same product. We found it at a very reasonable price, and I arranged my own delivery, receiving the bed on the same day. With the support of your staff and team, my needs were satisfied, and I will never forget this great experience. The product quality is immeasurable, and the service is extremely excellent. To me, Amart is the perfect furniture store to get your home essentials anytime you need!

I visited AMart Furniture in Moonah looking for an outdoor furniture setting. The staff were very helpful. I found exactly what I wanted. The staff member explained that it would be delivered to my home from the warehouse. Communication was great from the staff in the store and the delivery driver. I am very happy with my purchase, thank you.

My experience was great because from the moment I walked into the store I was assisted with helpful advice and a caring attitude which is important to me. The process was communicated well and I was kept informed along the way. The delivery and set up men were good at their job, I live in a block of units but nothing was a bother for them. From start to finish my experience with AMart customer service could not have been better, and I am a very happy customer who definitely recommend AMart to friends and family.

We had such a great experience purchasing multiple pieces of furniture, thanks to Serfat. She was incredibly patient while we went back and forth (a lot 🫣) and never made us feel rushed or pressured.

What really stood out was how she genuinely listened and helped us find pieces that suited our space and style - not just worried about making a sale. Her knowledge and calm approach made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable.
