Polite and professional engineer
Very polite and professional gas engineer turned up precisely at the expected time, shook my hand at the door when introducing himself and put on protective footwear over his outdoor shoes. He quickly diagnosed the trouble with my boiler and fixed, he was happy to show me in detail the issue and the solution. Shook my hand wishing me a happy weekend on the way out!

Plumb London - my highest recommendation
Working with Plumb London on fitting a bath tub on correct frame, reapplying silicone and ensuring correct pipe work and subsequently and fixing a perpetual hot water causing sever flooding under the floor boards when one other missed it, the plumber from Plumb London has helped my mental state.
Sales team and management and the first class plumber I'd Highly recommend.

Excellent service of domestic electric boiler
Annual electric domestic boiler service was completed by a Plumb London engineer who discovered that a switch inside the fuse box had to be turned on in order for the heating to be turned on per the programmed settings. Per his recommendation, the old hot water cylinder thermostat was replaced on an agreed date. As a result, both heating and hot water are working very well.

Plum London really try hard
Plum London really tried hard to deal with our boiler problem and arrived in well under 24 hours from our initial call after I mentioned that we had to go away in a day. The engineer was charming and methodical in his investigations of the problem.

Absolute rip off
Absolute rip off - please don’t use. Hugely inflated pricing compared to any other plumbing company I’ve used before. I was recommended them on the basis they ‘weren’t like Pimlico Plumbers’, they are, if anything, worse. Don’t use - find a good local plumber if you can and avoid this company.

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the cost of the work.
For clarity, this was not a simple unblock. We initially attended to assess the issue and explain what would be required, no charge was made for that visit. The subsequent booking involved two engineers, specialist drainage equipment, and several hours on site to clear significant debris and flooding in the basement well area.
All rates and potential charges were confirmed in writing and agreed in advance before the work went ahead. Although we stand by the work carried out and the pricing applied, we also offered and applied a goodwill reduction to the final invoice in an effort to resolve the matter amicably.
We always aim to be transparent and professional, and while we appreciate that this type of work can feel expensive, it was completed to a high standard and in line with what was agreed.

New boiler fitting.
CH problems with cold radiators. PlumbLondon came out same day. Boiler leaking carbon monoxide and condemned. But new boiler fitted two days later. Office staff were excellent and our fitter Bally was first class.

What a great company
We had a new pump installed in our house as the old one was giving us some problem. We had an engineer coming over the day after contacting Plumb London
He clearly explained the problem and offered a few different options. The new pump was fitted after a few days
This is the third time I have contacted Plumb London for different jobs, and I can say that they are extremely professional and they offer a great customer service
5 Stars is the least I could give them

Not trustworthy
These lot will quote way over standard costs for any job - avoid. Point it out to them and suddenly as if by magic the quote is reduced by over 30%. Still too expensive if you do some basic research. I even asked for a breakdown of costs. Instead received a response stating price reflects current price and availability of parts etc. When someone doesn't answer your question with a straight and honest response then DO NOT TRUST them

The works discussed were not a standard service and involved a full system powerflush, multiple radiator valve replacements, underfloor heating loops and additional system checks. As with all larger remedial works, pricing is based on the scope, time on site and resources required rather than a single fixed rate.
Following your request for clarification, the quote was reviewed to ensure it accurately reflected the final agreed scope of works and we also included additional items at no charge as a goodwill gesture due to our existing relationship. This was not intended to feel sudden or reactive and we regret that it came across that way.
We always encourage customers to compare quotes and ask questions, and we’re more than happy to provide clearer breakdowns where helpful. Transparency and long-term trust are important to us, particularly with returning customers.
If you’d be open to discussing this further, we would welcome the opportunity to do so directly.

Had a new boiler install by Plumb London a few years ago and I keep coming back to them for the yearly service. Would highly recommend and will be using them again either in my current flat or when I move later this year.

Brilliant team of professionals
I first came across Plumb London in 2023 and after an excellent experience kept their details. When our heating stopped working at the end of November 2025, I knew I would need to call on their expertise. The whole team were very attentive, excellent customer service, keeping us informed throughout the process. They went above a beyond to locate a new cylinder outside of the country and get it installed just before Christmas. It was a big job and they were brilliant. The team took care to take their shoes off or wear shoe coverings and put sheeting on the stairs and flooring. I would highly recommend Plumb London. They have a genuine interest in helping customers with their heating issues and their costs are affordable. Special thanks to Conor, Joe, Andrew and those who fitted the new cylinder on the day.

Plumb London is a family run business…
Plumb London is a family run business who were so responsive when my boiler had been supposedly serviced by Vaillant and then broke down. Plumb were responsive, concerned, and took quick action to help me - unlike Vaillant who did nothing, even tho the guarantee was set to run until February 2026. In the end, the hassle with Vaillant wasn't worth the stress, and so I purchased a new boiler from Plumb. They were amazingly helpful in getting it installed in such a short space of time so that I had heat and hot water ASAP. And it all came with a personal, friendly and helpful service, and a person at the end of the phone, who quickly 'got' the issues. Such a contrast to the 'robot' responses from Vaillant. Full marks to Conor and the team at London Plumb. Thank you!
