The service to my boiler happened without a hitch, he was on time, finished by the time I requested and left everything clean and tidy.

Plumb London have taken care of my heating system and my water filtration unit for a decade now.
When I needed assistance this time around (pressure problems in the system, incl. inability to bleed the top radiator), they were able to send someone the very next day. The email confirming the appointment included their briefing notes for the engineer.

I received a call within 20 minutes of his arrival, and he sorted out the problem within half an hour. That included supplying a part and a new radiator key, plus ample explanation of what was amiss and what was done. And it was all put in writing on the bill.
Charges are transparent and up front, so no nasty surprises ever.
I highly recommend their services. They are top notch.

Big thumbs up for Plumb London, in particular the engineer (Andrew) who visited the property where my elderly mother lives. A gentle manner and patient approach was exactly the level of kindness that gave her reassurance and comfort. The work was undertaken out of hours to accommodate her, and was fulfilled without issue.

Really knowledgeable engineers, work was prompt, tidy, and done quickly

We had a boiler issue where our heating had stopped working, we called in Piumb London, the engineer had diagnosed a faulty pump given the error code however replacing this with a new pump did not resolve the issue. Given the age of the boiler it was advised to purchase a new boiler. Plumb London kindly agreed to waive the labour fee and cost of parts for the first visit in order to complete the new boiler install. The boiler has since been installed and is working very well and we certainly notice the difference. The system was also power flushed. We are happy with the end result.

A bit of a disappointing experience. I wasn't expecting to pay an amount in advance just to book the 2nd of February date for the plumber to attend. When the Plumber arrived he was totally ill equipped to fix the problem. He attempted a temporary repair which failed so he told me to request a quote from Plumb London by e-mail which I did on the 2nd. When no reply was received I had to call Plumb London to get them to send a quote and ensure that the plumber would fix the problem on the 3rd February. This did happen and the job was finally completed. I appreciate that this company deals with multiple plumbing issues but this is the first time that I have written a less favorable review of a Checkatrade recommended business. Update: I received a phone call from Harry at Plumb London about my review. The phone call was friendly and we both have a better understanding of the situation. An offer has been made which I have accepted and I am editing this review to reflect the discussion that we had on the phone. Neil Cato.

No fuss, can’t fault

Always get back to me straight away, send excellent staff as soon as possible and understand the urgency required. Very good service all round and the communication is great too.

Our 2nd annual Boiler service was due recently. As we have restricted (Residents' only) parking in our road - Plumb London and the engineer very kindly organised an appointment after restriction hours, which was an hour after than they usually work until. The service was done within half an hour - and with no issues / extra work needed.

I picked Plumb London out of three companies through Checkatrade. My first experience was replacing the old bath tub with a new walk-in type. This was a job at a flat on the 9th floor of an appartment. Everything they did was exactly as promised. Excellent workmanship with guarantees etc. They cleared all the debris, assured us that they are only a telephone call away and left. Excellent; would recommend with confidence
