Had to call out the plumber as our boiler had stopped working. Phoned first thing in the morning and quickly spoke to friendly staff and said I that I would from an engineer that same day. The engineer came early afternoon. He communicated effectively of his time of arrival. Once arrived he quickly identified the issue and resolved it within 15mins. He then gave good advice on state of our boiler and the options that could look into.
We would recommend the company to family and friends.

I was faced with multiple leaks in my flat, which other companies tried to rip me off for, I contacted Plumb London as was recommended ( I can see why) and they were efficient, clear about the issue and also genuine. Mounir came to fix the issue and he dealt with this so well, I would trust them with any issues I have ( hopefully no more) but you know what I mean. Some Plumbing companies are known to scam people, but I can tell that here they care about the customer. Thank you!

Tried charging me £800 pound altogether to change a diverter valve which is £90 pounds. Called another engineer around ,he charged me 280 pounds for a new hot water pump and descaling of the hot water heat exchanger. So it wasn't even the diverter valve. Paid £100 pound call out charge for nothing . Stay away incompetent and rip offs.

Friendly, efficient, but unable to determine why we couldn't turn the water temperature down. He said boiler OK at present but to fix this water problem we have to buy a new boiler. Impossible at present due to financial hardship.

They had great communication beforehand, making it clear when our plumber would arrive and then updating this when there was a change. When he arrived he was helpful, clear and friendly and made sure we completely understood everything that was going on.

Excellent service. Our old boiler was leaking water, Plumb London responded to my call within minutes and visited my house and diagnosed the problem that day. A new boiler was up and running the next day. Within a few days the heating system was overhauled and has never been this good the 25 years we lived in the house. The whole team were great, but the engineers that did the work were excellent, professional, knowledgeable and polite. Faultless service would highly recommend.

Plumb London attended recently to service our boiler which was found to be unsafe and in need of either expensive repair or replacement. The company offered good advice of the options without sales pressure, and were able to attend two days later to install a new boiler. The staff are friendly and efficient, and the work was completed with very minimal mess.

Found these plumbers through Checkatrader, arranged for a plumber to come out the next day. This appointment was cancelled but I was only notified when I rang them. Someone came out the day after, couldn't find why I had no cold water in the bathroom. Said he would discuss with colleagues & get back to me-3 weeks later I'm still waiting. Basically paid £108 for nothing. Found another plumber who diagnosed the problem straight away.

Steve was professional and and he got the job done efficiently. He also explained things as he went along which was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

Absolute scam rip off company - DO NOT USE.

I called them to report a leak coming from my bathroom in a top floor flat. The leak was a slow trickle going into the flat below so needed to be fixed before it became a major issue.

I explained the situation to their office staff and asked if they would need access to the flat below. The resolutely said they would not require access to the flat below.

The plumber turned up, took one look at bathroom and said he couldn't do anything without access to the flat below and promptly left, having spent literally under two minutes on site.

I call again to explain the situation and they offer to send the plumber around again. This time I coordinate access to the flat below. The plumber comes around, takes one look at the flat below and promptly says the issue is leaky sealant around the bath. Clearly proving the plumber did not require access to the flat below.

The plumber then left stating he didn't have the equipment to complete the job (so a plumber rocks up without bathroom sealant).

A third call to this clown show and the plumber finally comes around with sealant and doesn't ask for access to the flat below and finally replaces the faulty sealant.

Total charge £492 for a 30 minute job and a tube of sealant that costs around £10.

Edit: I responded to Plumb Nation's request for further details by providing the invoice number 62642, but they have failed to provide a further response. Unsurprising as the invoice literally states £384 to remastic but omits the previous call out charge where they did nothing.
