I payed £400 for parts one of the parts…
I payed £400 for parts one of the parts was not in stock. After nearly 2 weeks I enquired as to what had happened to the parts only to find they were on back order, and never been sent out to me, or contacted me to let me know they didn’t have them in stock. So I could have bought them locally.

Very disappointed advised pump was available only to be told a week j look after when we chased the order it was out of stock now and on a further two weeks delivery. Can’t see us ever using them again

Absolute shocking company
Absolute shocking company, ordered a pump, got email saying shipped. 5 days later still not arrived when I chased it up was told awaiting delivery from supplier, so they are selling things they haven't actually got. DONT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS you'll just be asking for hassle

Unfortunately there was an unexpected delay with the delivery of the pump you ordered from us which we can only apologise for. We do state 3-5 working days for delivery and this order fell slightly outside of this.
We issued a full refund to your account as per your request.

Don’t like leaving such poor reviews, but this merchant really did disappoint. Ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Was lied to about item being in stock. Lied to about it being shipped also. When I asked for a refund as I needed to order elsewhere where it was ACTUALLY in stock, my emails went unanswered. Very poor experience. Just be honest and transparent with customers for goodness sake.

We apologise that your parcel did not arrive with you, however please note, we are not liars. The parcel was dispatched with Royal mail on the date you ordered and unfortunately the parcel was lost in transit - we were only made aware of this when you contacted us after it was not delivered after two weeks.
I have also checked our system and all your emails were responded to within 24 hours.
We offered to send a replacement parcel, you declined, and we issued a full refund instead.

False in stock items and delays 2 months for order
Misleading in stock levels tricks. Stock was clearly shown in stock otherwise I will never had ordered it, so when I have ordered I was sent email to be notified that they will arrive in 2 months time. Disappointing and time wasting. I had to ask for refund.

This order was promised in 1-2 days and took a week. (Single Lady with 2 children- no hot water!)
I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that they had 7 in stock and I could have it within 2 days.
Plumb 2 u just suggested ‘I cancel the order if was was not satisfied’!!

Don't bother to call them
Having placed an order online I needed to speak to them regarding my order. Having tried to call then 30 time but unable due to call went to answer phone. I then phoned the click and collect company that I had picked, they advised me plumb2u never answer their phones, then they advised me to email them.

Excellent service but express delivery not overnight
Very good stock of parts but express delivery was a bit slow off the mark so still took a couple of days. No problems with returning unwanted parts.
