What I saw when I ordered the part, on your web site, was a genuine Aqualisa part with the Aqualisa name clearly printed on the body of the part, matching the original one I had. The part that came was the right fit and has proved to be well made. I questioned if it was an original Aqualisa part and have been assured it is. Just the Aqualisa name is no longer etched into the chrome body by the manufacturer but the quality is as good as my original one. It came on time well packaged and at a reasonable price.

I had an issue with a broken seal on a box for a shower when it arrived and, honestly I thought it was going to be a complete headache to get resolved. I couldn't have been more wrong! Martin was amazing ( very patient with me) and arranged delivery of a new shower and collection of the old one the very next day at no extra cost to me. New one arrived in perfect condition and I was very happy with it. Plumb2u offers outstanding customer service and I honestly cant thank them enough. Delivery was misleading by Royal Mail which is not unusual they informed me that it was scheduled to be delivered today 3 days on the trot and it was delivered a week after the order.
The response from Martin at Plumb2u was positive saying that he would chase if needed.
