I ordered my case and received it within a week. Case is great, but I ordered for my iPhone12 and received the case for a 14. Openings do not line up. I have sent 5 emails over the past two weeks. Zero response. Hard to believe. If by chance someone from Planty reads this, could you please get in touch with me, Order # 778477.
Ordered a few cases after reading a review that they are a Canadian based company. Wanted to encourage a Canadian company but I was quickly deceived. Following the order, I got the usual email that the order would be shipped in 1-5 days. After 10 days, I emailed customer service and got an automated response that the order would be shipped in the next 1-5 days following production of the item. After almost a month, I canceled my order and contacted my credit card company to request a full refund on the undelivered order. Buyer beware, they don’t seem to be reliable or trustworthy.
J’ai place une commande il y a 10 jrs en espérant recevoir le (Case) rapidement étant donné que je demeure à Quebec à peine une heure de rte de Trois Riviere. J’attend toujours. J’aurais dû lire les commentaires avant de placer une commande. Je n’aurais pas commendé à cette endroit.
Très mauvaise expérience avec cette entreprise…
J’ai attendu plus de 3 semaines (alors qu’il est indiqué 3-5 jours ouvrables sur leur site web) avant de recevoir mon case. La qualité n’y est pas du tout. Le design est loin d’être aussi beau que sur le site, c’est de la fausse représentation à mon avis.
Et encore, je suis surprise de l’avoir reçu car je n’ai jamais réussi à joindre le service client durant cette attente.
Leur adresse courriel n’est même plus valide. Aucun retour sur les médias sociaux également. C’est rien de rassurant…

Je ne recommande pas du tout ce site. J'ai commandé une coque le 6 avril et je ne l'ai jamais recue et je pense que je ne vais jamais la recevoir. Personne ne réponds à mes courriels. Je trouve cela inadmissible.
Je suis même passé par leur compte Instagram, même chose. Manque de professionnalisme. Et service a la clientèle zéro pointé.
C’est de la criss de marde!! J’ai reçu l’étui 3 semaines en retard et la qualité est loin d’être au rendez-vous, surtout pour 50$! MÉFIEZ-VOUS!!
It's been a month and I still haven't received my case. I contacted the company twice over email to follow up on my order and never heard back. I haven't even received a tracking number yet. Don't order from these people - what a scam.

Very disappointed
A very bad customer service. Plantycase provided me the wrong information on my question. I received my cases and I'm so disappointed. Very poor quality and because I'm not happy with their products, no signal since I sent my email. I do not recommand this company's products. It's not worth the cost. I wish I had found these comments before ordering.
Après avoir reçu un seul article sur 4, 3 semaines après avoir commandé, j’ai envoyé un message et on m’a répondu que c’était envoyé. Pourtant quand je clique sur « voir ma commande » ça disait que les articles étaient toujours en préparation. Je leur ai envoyé un autre email leur demandant de faire un suivi et tout ce que j’ai reçu, c’est un message de remboursement du reste de ma commande, sans aucune explication. Le service à la clientèle n’est pas efficace du tout. Je vais retourner avec KaseMe avec qui j’ai toujours eu un bon service et le service à la clientèle est rapide et sympathique!!
Ne répond pas à ces clients et les volent. Jamais reçu notre commande et aucun retour de la compagnie sauf pour nous donner des excuses inventer. Service que je ne recommande absolument pas
3 semaines pour recevoir mes étuis… Le service à la clientèle est pas super non plus. Le fit des cases n’est pas parfait. J’ai payé plus de 90 $ pour les étuis et je n’avais pas de tracking number , un peu décevant. Je ne vais pas recommander de cette compagnie malheureusement .
Received my order today and am very disappointed with this case. Quality is very poor, it is basically just a cheap plastic case from China with a sticker stuck on it. Even the quality of the sticker is very low, the image is pixelated and colour is awful. I don't know where this company gets the audacity to charge $40 for piece of crap. On top of that it took them 3 weeks to get the case to me when the website advertised 1-5 days. Definitely would not recommend this company, would give 0 stars if I could.
Deserves a zero. Ordered a case over a month ago, says it’s been shipped. Have reached out to the company multiple times and no response at all. A complete scam, do not waste your money.
Would give a zero if possible. My daughter ordered a phone case, said 3-6 days. They say it shipped. Two weeks go by, no phone case. Contact the company, no follow up. Another week goes by, contact the company again, zero follow up except for an automatic response not addressing the issue. It’s now almost a month. They have not responded to the email, nor have they refunded the money. They’re expensive cases too!! Avoid, unless you like giving money away.
