Born out of a passion for plants we launched Plants By Post in 2015 with the aim to provide high quality plants as gifts. Our aim when we started was to provide plants as gifts and gift wrapped in a way that we would be happy to send to someone. Our gift wrapping involves using tissue paper, appropriate cellophane and finished with a satin ribbon hand tied bow. We are always adding new items to the range increasing the range of plants we offer. We work hard with our suppliers to bring you top quality plants at the best prices. If you are looking for something specific then please get in contact via the contact us page and we will be pleased to help. Every plant is picked, checked and packed carefully and using specially designed boxes which are 100% recyclable. There is the option of gift wrapping to make it that little more special on arrival. Whatever product you choose be sure to have the confidence that our small team will take care of your gift every step of the way.

Perfect gift for friends
I ordered a 'love heart' succulent as a gift for friends who I haven't been able to see due to Lockdown - the perfect gift. They have said it's a lovely plant, and easy to care for.
Finding and ordering the plant was quick and simple, and Plants By Post provided updates regarding order status and dispatch.

Excellent service. Order was delayed by weather (royal mail issue, nothing to do with the vendor) but were well packaged and survived with no issues.

I found this company very easy to order…
I found this company very easy to order from online - but here's the thing!
It was not the usual impersonal service.
I was contacted personally, thanked for my order and assured that it was on the way and to get in contact immediately if there were any problems.
This is something online companies should think about doing.
It is called personal service and goes a very long way to ensure that I will use them again and again and guess what, recommend them to others.
I am also happy to say that the recipient was delighted with the snowdrops.

Very impressed.
I ordered for next day delivery. The plants came well packaged, in great condition, moist soil for travel time and un- damaged flowers. They came next day as expected.
The price was incredibly reasonable aswell for the condition and service.

I recently purchased cyclamen .
They arrived damaged as courier did not follow instruction
The plants and flowers were very poor quality even compared to Homebase .
They died very quickly
