Beautiful, healthy little bay tree arrived on the day requested (daughter's birthday) in a lovely pot. Very pleased with it.

I bought a miniature rose - champage - in a champagne bucket style pot for my sister and brother-in- law when they celebrated their 30th anniversary.
The rose arrived on the right day, is beautiful and has flourished, giving my sister joy day after day.

I ordered a birthday rose for a relative. It arrived on day requested and she was thrilled with it as it was in bloom with 5 roses open.

A gift that my sister loved, it needs to survive and take root then it will get 5 stars!

We received a 50th wedding anniversary gift of a rose bush.
Unfortunately the box had obviously been turned upside down resulting in all the flowers being broken and the soil displaced all over the box.
I contacted Plants by Post via web Chat, their contact us message and phone, left a message but no contact. Extremely disappointing .

My Monstera arrived perfectly wrapped, completely undamaged, and ready to thrive. It is a truly stunning, healthy plant that immediately brought so much life to my space. You can really tell they take extra care with their packaging and quality—I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!

Would never buy from again, ordered a coffee plant and was advised a 3-5 working days for delivery. I finally receive a tracking number 2 weeks later, and after checking the tracking number for two days and nothing working I contacted the seller, no response. Got an email from the couriers two days later to say that the package had been damaged and to contact the seller, so I did, and they issued a refund the same day. Shame they decided to ignore me before that.

I’ve just ordered from this company for the first time, my rose was very healthy and expertly packaged , I was very pleased with it, I will definetly be ordering again , and lots of gift ideas too. Highly recommend
