Dreadful, avoid at all costs! The quality shown online does not match what is sent. No accountability taken. Complete scam company. Not uk based items are shipped from China and returns are expected to be sent back to China even when the error is on their side

Very poor quality shirt. Costs too much to return it to China for a refund (Harrington Oxford is very misleading). So it will just be going in the bin. Won't use again. Be very sure that you want to keep anything you order.

It’s a China based company selling cheap tat nothing at all like the quality hoodie I was expecting you can even see patches where the stitching doesn’t match up
It’s terrible I was so upset as it was a gift and i had to buy another leaving me £40 out of pocket
They don’t reply to emails then I got one after I send maybe 5 to complain and they offer 10% refund or I have to find the money to return the item to a Chinese address which they said they will send me
They haven’t but the cost it too high anyway

The sunglasses haven’t arrived yet they were ordered on the 20th and yet to be delivered as the Harrington Oxford can’t be bothered to send them to the courier.
Terrible service so far.
The fact that Harrington Oxford have asked for a review before they have even sent out the order shows how much they pay attention to their customers. Been well over a week since I ordered. Won’t wait that long again as I won’t be using Harrington Oxford again.

Ordered 2 pairs of trousers, 1 pair acceptable, 2nd pair looked like they were made by a toddler!!!

Dreadful experience, items took weeks to arrive, and when they did the quality was really poor and looked nothing like the images. Nothing good to be said about it really, don't do it.

For the amount I spent on the bag (about £60) I would say it’s not worth it. Would have gotten something better at a cheaper price elsewhere.

That said, I got a swift response from customer service (hence the two stars) when I reached out concerning delivery as it took a while for it to be delivered (ordered 7th April, delivered 21st April).

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered a jacket from them (.co.uk domain), and it wasn’t made clear they were operating from China (or at least shipping from there). The order eventually arrived, which is of really bad quality. I ordered a 4xl as they said the sizes were small. It just about fits my 14 year old daughter. Yep, they come up very small!

In fairness, the response when asking for a refund was fairly quick and they offer you various codes to tempt you to keep the product. They eventually send a pdf for you to fill out. The address to send back to is a shipping company in China. I’ve contacted my bank as this is clearly a scam.

I did not order what was sent. I requested a refund but have heard nothing after more than a week.

The business operates from outside the UK and is disguised as a UK Company with a website suggesting that it is in the UK.

The goods have not arrived and I keep getting sent links to rate how my items are.

Cancelled the order within the two hour window and promptly received a refund - thank you team!

Sadly all returns must be sent to China. This would cost £72 in postage from the UK so not worth the trouble. The coat was not the quality I expected.

Bought a suit but the quality was not great so requested a refund more than a week ago and I keep getting emails trying to persuade me to not return as returns can be expensive as their office is overseas . Trying to get me to take a 50% voucher instead when all I want is a refund so not great at the moment . They make returns seem really easy but they are not.

Impossible to contact for a refund. The sizing is on the small side, but unable to return as no one answers any emails. If you want to lose money order from this website.

Quality was unfortunately not as expected, the sizing was completely off and the returns need to be posted to China at customer cost. Not a good experience

The zip fell off the fleece as I took off the tags and now the fleece is in the bin as it is zipless as I was feeling the quality and its pretty poor as usually any other top or jumper, the zip never ever falls off

Hasn’t even arrived yet … if I knew it was from china i would have ordered British made

The item was delayed so I contacted them about returning but they would only refund 20% because it in there words gets sent abroad which is expensive and I'd have to pay
