Never had any issues with ordering from Pixie Mood (Canada). Beautiful stylish products and fast shipping. I placed my order on May 8th, it shipped on the 11th, and I received it on the 12th. Obviously that has a lot to do with where I live, but it shows that their processing time is fairly quick even with COVID-19 delaying so many companies. Also, when you purchase items from them on sale or use a coupon, they don't send you scuffed or damaged items like most other retailers do. Items are always brand new looking. If you are looking for more eco-friendly and/or vegan handbags and accessories, I highly recommend purchasing them from Pixie Mood.

customer service was fast and efficient in responding to my questions before I placed my order. Shipping was fast and earth friendly (not a bunch of useless plastic in the box) and the product everything I imagined and wanted it to be. I've only had it one day so can't speak for long term, but so far the quality looks great.

This is my second purse from you guys! I got my first from a Causebox and came back to you after loving it for at least a year! I bought the Alicia Tote in Mineral Blue so I could carry a small cross body for daily wear and have a tote to carry my bullet journal, pens, kindle, and all the bigger stuff that doesn’t need to be with me all the time!
