Lucky if you get any product?

Ordered 3 rings, and 2 of them only shipped 4 weeks later. 1 ring, the main one my son wanted, never shipped or got any status update.

IMPOSSIBLE to contact them. Their 1-800 number was taken down, sending them an email they never respond for going on 2 weeks already, and they claim "if you send another email you will go to the bottom of queue".

Terrible customer support and their product is not cheap.

No way to get a refund either.

I ordered several items 17 days ago with 4-6 day shipping, items have still not arrived and support has just stoped replying to my messages after telling me they lost my order with no offer to refund or comp the items.

Never Received Ring

Order on 09/13/2025 their PILLERS ring and never received my order. USPS the other day said, "Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage." NANIMERICA has the nerve to even send me an email asking me to review and rate their product. I've emailed their customer service several times and still have not heard back from them. I also commented on their post, and they keep deleting my comments. Unfortunately, currently disputing the charge with my bank. It's really upsetting that I keep seeing posts or ratings on their page of people getting the ring and they won't give me an email back or help resolve my issue. Good luck if you ordered from them and if you did get your product, congrats.

It broke... Not once but twice.

I have purchased this item and first night upon receiving it, it broke like nothing. I reached out to them and they sent me a replacement, it was nice of them to stand behind thier product. A couple days go by while casually wearing the bracelet, it broke in half again, and in the same spot as the last one. I reach back out to them and told them in 2-3 request and havent heard anything back from them and its been weeks, i just want my money back at this point.

Missing Item and Exchange Needed; No Response

I have contacted customer support several times through email and IG with no responses at all. On the day I received my package after it was delivered, one of the jewelry pieces was missing, specifically the Judgment ring. I also needed to make an exchange for the Prison Realm bracelet to a larger size. I still have not received any messages back from customer support. Poor experience overall and would not recommend purchasing from them.

Exchange policy sucks

I've order 2 rings from them so far. They're very good quality and I loved them. But I had the same problem with both where the size was too small and I had to inquire about an exchange. The first one was back in Jan of 2023 and when I messaged about the exchange, they wanted to charge an additional $40 for me to send the ring back and get a bigger size. I felt like having to pay that much for the postal service was too much and just took the loss. The ring litterally just sits in a drawer untouched. I got it as a gift for my boyfriend. It doesn't even fit me. Fast forward to December of 2024, I decided to give them another try because I still wanted to gift my bf that ring. I sized up, and got the ring no issues. Was a Christmas/Anniversary gift that unfortunately also did not fit. (Which was very weird since I sized up and the original ring only seemed a little small for his finger. ) This time the exchange seemed to be a lot more within my budget (I even tried to get the other one sized up by offering to pay more, to no avail) so I followed their instructions on the exchange for the second ring and sent the ring back to them to get a size adjustment. That was back in January. The postal service shows me exactly when it says the ring arrived at their facility. Now we are in March and I've sent multiple emails inquiring about the ring and when I should be expecting the exchange. The number on their website doesnt work. Theres no chat option. I have not gotten a single response through the main communication place which is email, and my posts on their social media seem to keep being deleted. I paid for both rings. I paid for the second one to be sent back. And I've lost out on money for both. I didn't think I'd run in to this issue. I was even wanting to order one of their golden rings but based off my experience on these, id rather not if the exchange system is this horrible.. So unless you know the exact size and get lucky enough that you don't have to exchange, I say try your luck elsewhere.

Scam! Terrible customer service

I ordered the berserk ring and followed the sizing on their site. It was obviously wrong and it was huge. I asked for a refund which they agreed. I paid £20 for a return with tracking which is almost half the product price. I sent them the tracking and photos of the package for them to ignore me once the package arrived. Emailed back a few times. No response. So now I've got no ring, no refund and paid for postage on top.

They scam you on RETURN and EXCHANGES

I will agree to update my post once I receive word and my exchange for my ordered products.

NANImerica ghost you after you pay out of pocket to reship your ordering with tracking back to their headquarters. Their toll-free number listed on their website is OUT OF SERVICE.
It is incredibly dishonest and deceitful. As consumers , you have recourse if they don't ship your product out BUT there is no consequence and limited recourse for customers once they ship back their products for exchange/returns.

At any rate, I will be persistent in reaching out to them through various social media platforms, reviewing the company and filing complaints until they resolve the exchange. This is unacceptable.

I ordered the judgement ring , paid for tracking to have a size exchanged and haven't received a response or follow up a month.

It is incredibly disappointing, especially knowing that is presents itself as a small Canadian company.

UPDATE: I have been trying to reach out to them on social media because they dont' respond to custoner service ; I was curteous and respectful, focusing on my anticipation for my exchange which has yet to be shipped and my challenges in reaching out to them. UNFORTUNATELY, it seems the company would prefer to scam me of over $100 and block me rather than actually provide the product that is owed.

Nanimerica

Nanimerica: An Absolute Scam – Avoid at All Costs!

I ordered a product from Nanimerica on February 14, 2023, and have yet to receive it. Not only have they failed to deliver the product, but they also haven’t provided a tracking number or any updates.

Their so-called "customer service" is a complete joke. I’ve sent numerous emails with zero responses.
They don’t respond to emails, their customer service line is perpetually non-functional, and their website's ticket submission system is broken. It’s impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company.

It’s clear that Nanimerica operates as a scam. I wouldn’t trust them with a single penny. If you’re considering buying from them, don’t make the same mistake I did. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Nanimerica entirely.

Don’t waste your time or your money. This company deserves to be exposed for what it truly is: a complete and utter scam.

Bad customer support in case of returns

I have already ordered here several times.
Quality is very good and what I ordered always arrived (hence 2 stars instead of just one).

Now to my negative experience:

I ordered a ring for myself and a friend.
My problem was that I didn't have a ring yet.
I took advantage of the opportunity to take measurements and ordered both rings accordingly.

It turned out that my ring wasn't the right size and my friend had changed his mind (due to a change in his financial situation, which shouldn't be relevant).

So I ordered the ring again in the better fitting size and I wanted to return the other two accordingly.
I live in Germany and received the package from a shipping point in Germany.
However, I had to send the rings back to Canada.
So I handed in the parcel at the post office, but according to the tracking, it apparently never left the post office.
When I contacted the post office, I was told that a tracking request had to be made and that this required confirmation from the retailer that no parcel had been received there.

I then tried to contact them several times, but like others I never received a reply.
As a result, no application was possible and I am now stuck with the cost of the two rings and the return shipping costs without getting anything out of it.

Previously, they always responded to my inquiries promptly.
Then all of a sudden they stopped responding to several requests for confirmation.
So I will definitely not be ordering anything here again.
I would therefore advise all new and existing customers to think twice about ordering here.
If you are sure of your size, you may still be able to do so, even if the company does not deserve it in terms of support.

It's a shame, as I would certainly have ordered there more often in the future, but that's now a thing of the past for me.
