Overall love my backpack! I do wish it was just a couple inches less long, and available in a wider variety of neutrals and less shiny materials. They scuff sooner and feel too trendy.

I'm in love with my bag and would give 5 stars, but I unfortunately had to pay €61 for shipping and customs duty because it was delivered to France. I knew about the €30 shipping as that was included in the price when paying for the bag, but the €31 tax duty that I had to pay upon delivery was a bit of a surprise. I understand this is all on me importing something from outside the EU, but I thought I'd share my experience with anyone considering doing the same! I wish there were stockists in Europe, maybe one day!

Products arrived in a timely manner (handbags were gifts for my mother). She really likes the colours and the material. Ordering online can be very hit-or-miss; that said, I’m glad I took a chance on the Pixie Mood handbags! :)

I am looking forward to using this bag, I like the circle design and it is larger than I thought. I can fit my phone, wallet, keys, easily with room for more without it looking too "full". Feels like a good quality bag but it is brand new so hard to say. Disappointed in the Desert Clay colour, I'd return for black. Online the desert clay colour looks for orange, in person, it is actually more of a dusty brown pink colour... This could be called desert clay haha but it's not how it looked in the photos online.

Their website is a little repetitive, they will show the same purse 10 different times on 10 different pages, just a different color on each page.
However, if you know what you want and you know where to find it, these environmentally friendly purses and wallets are amazing. Made to look like genuine leather, these look and feel like the real thing. This is not my first purchase from Pixie Mood and most definitely will not be my last.
I highly recommend the jewelry travel "box", the fact that every one sold comes with a tree planted to commemorate the sale was a major bonus for the eco friendly minded consumer.

Excellent experience. Cute and responsible products. I love my new tote! And that it came with a smaller compartment that can be taken out and used as a crossbody bag! I thought I'd have to purchase a whole other bag, but no need! Very practical! Ordering, delivery, and receiving the item was simple and comprehensible.

I searched high and low to find a purse that was sustainably made and of high quality. This is that bag. Like all the other reviews said, it's sturdy, has plenty of pockets and is very mature looking. The only thing I would recommend is two straps instead of one due to the amount of items you can fit into the purse it can become a bit heavy. Two straps would distribute the weight better. I will continue to buy all of my purses and wallets from Pixie Mood from here on forward.

Placing an order online was easy to navigate. Delivery only took a few days. I love the purse - excellent quality, funky style, fabulous colour (cloud). I know I’m going to feel good carrying this purse, and happy that this company helps me reduce my carbon footprint. Just one thing could make the product better - being made in Canada instead of Asia.

The product I purchased shipped on time and the colour of the bag(sand) is true to picture. The item is also perfect for a work bag and is very chic, however, with only three weeks of having the bag (Ansley shoulder), it is already having issues. I don’t throw around my bags as I do try to keep them well maintained, but the threading above the logo is already withering and there is a crack on the rim of the bag (I wish we could attach photos for reviews). I’m not sure how long this bag will now last as the quality is not what I expected. This was my first pixie mood product as I wanted to try out another brand for vegan leather, but this may be my last as it does not hold up to quality.

I ordered my purse less than a week ago and it's perfect. The materials are sturdy but look stunning, are eco-friendly, and forward thinking. The brass like material is spectacular and I love how conscious every aspect of the bag is. It looks chic and expensive but in reality is super affordable. That's what I was looking for! I also love that it is a Canadian business and Canadian made.
