On m'a dit que je n’avais pas accès au solde si je commandais moi-même en ligne, que la commande devait être passée en succursale pour y avoir accès, et que le drap plat que je voulais acheter en couleur lin n’était pas disponible. J’ai vérifié quelques jours plus tard pour me rendre compte qu’on m’avait induite en erreur

j ai passé une commande par internet, le dimanche et il est stipuler que la commande serait prête en 24 hrs.
je me suis donc présenter au magasin de Montreal pour la réception de ce colis (saint sauveur /montreal ) le jeudi en fin de matinée ,pour me faire dire que le colis n est pas prêt et qu' il fallait attendre d avoir un email de confirmation
dons but de l opération est nul ( voyage pour rien et remboursement de ma commande!!

Taies oreillers euro
J'ai acheté deux taies oreillers euro. Le tissu en coton et lin est de bonne qualité. Les motifs du dos et du dessus sont vraiment bien agencés. Le lavage les a rendues encore plus belles. La livraison a été parfaite.

Sadly we found the towels too small and…
Sadly we found the towels too small and are dissatisfied, apart from the embroidery which is beautiful.
I would have appreciated that the salesperson, Jeanne, we dealt with in Montreal explain that the size we bought (70 x 120 cm) is not large enough for an adult coming out of a bath or a shower. She saw my husband who is 6ft tall and we also told her that we were buying towels for our adult sons (those towels we ended up getting on line because, among other reasons, the store here didn't get the right colours). But even for me (I am 5ft 7in) the towel is not a comfortable size!
A big disappointment!
I would like to get my money back and be able to Buy towels that are a reasonable size.

Replacement towels
We originally bought a set of these towels a while back. After much loving use, they were finally showing some wear and tear from drying our hands with the hand towels in exactly the same place! We needed new hand towels. Ordering online was super easy, delivery was fast and efficient and the towels arrived fluffy and plush!
