The bag I got is great quality and I love the style. The order arrived sooner than I expected. The company's commitment to environmentalism is a huge plus. I only wish the bag opening was wider so my hands don't scrape the zipper when I reach inside.

I was so excited to receive my first Pixie Mood purse. Canadian, vegan, cruelty-free and the inside section made from recycled plastic bottles. What more could you ask for? Well, I absolutely love this purse. More than any bag I've ever purchased. It is the perfect size (iPhone 11, Kindle, Keys, ID and more) - but it's still relatively small, therefore comfortable and it's not bulky. It came with two straps, which is the best part. I'm partial to the WIDE STRAPS. I don't like the skinny straps. I would love it if Pixie Mood sold wide straps as a separate option so that you could use them for any purse. Or, better yet, give you the option of choosing a skinny strap or a wide strap or both. I will be a lifelong customer and will be bragging about Pixie Mood to all of my friends. Thank you so much. Oh, and the mineral blue is a gorgeous colour. Goes with everything. Thank you Pixie Mood for doing the work that you do. It is so very appreciated :)

I like that the company is using cruelty free leather, this is mainly the reason I decided to place my first order with them.
However, their return policy is not flattering at all, you will have to pay $8 return fee, and if you want to get your money back, you have to return them 14 days from postmark, or else, you will only get store credit. And ALL on sale items are considered to be Final sale, which means no return.Return policy is supposed to protect customer for their shopping experience, but from what I see, the only one they want to protect here is themselves.

Love my new purse. It arrived in 2 days and was exactly what I need. I recently broke my hip and need hands free over the shoulder. The dimensions posted on the site helped me make my decision as did the two types of straps. Best of all, Canadian made and Vegan Leather.

Is sent an email immediately after I ordered something bc I realized I needed to change the address. That was a week ago and I still haven't gotten a response or the package and I am moving.

The bags were beautifully made and they shipped faster than expected. Packaged neatly and safely. Wonderful to work with.

I saw the backpack in a shop on holidays and wish I had got it. So when I got home, I bought it immediately. So happy with my purchase!

I got the Ida Card Case in Mineral Blue/Nubuck. It's super cute and it fits all my cards! The quality feels nice, and the little "Pixie Mood" is subtle and classy. I usually get everything in black but I love the color.

The Emelia tote is super cute, lightweight, and exactly what I expected. Can't wait to use it out.

Wow! I received this purchase just 3 days after placing my order. This tote is the perfect medium size! I wish the inside pocket was just a little larger. It is not big enough for my cell phone. I can’t wait to put this tote to use.

This was my first time buying from Pixie Mood and really I am very impressed.
I ordered the Bianca Travel Organizer (sage) and the Cass Mask (black) for myself, along with the Greta Work Tote (sage) for my mother in law. I placed the order on a Monday, and all three items arrived the Wednesday - I did not even think such a speed was possible, incredible!
In terms of the Bianca and the Greta, I was relieved by the accuracy of the photos. It's not always easy to capture the true look of a product, but both the travel organizer and the work tote are just as pictured. The colour is a perfect blend of matte and glossy, ensuring that the pieces don't look fake nor cheap. The material is also very pleasing, both to the touch and to the eyes, and it feels sturdy and sustainably built.
I was a little worried at first because both items seem a bit "oversized" in the photos. The travel organizer is in fact quite an average and useful size, it could even double as a clutch. The work tote is large though, but it does not look or feel out of place, and all the space inside really is wonderful.
As for the masks, the material is soft and luxurious, and the adjustable straps are also comfortable.
All in all, we were extremely pleased with Pixie Mood!
