Update in my experience with Pill Time…

Update in my experience with Pill Time for weightloss medication.
So after my last review, I got a DM to ask more details about my order. Which was sent straight away.
We are now 11 days since my order was made. I have had one email to say my details have been updated. I dont know why they needed updating i have been on weightloss medication for 16 months. They had photos, ID and proof of previous order at the point of me ordering. My order still says order processing. I have since ordered from another provider. I made the order and my mounjaro came the next day. I had to, as I was at risk of missing a dose if I waiting for this terrible company to get it sent out. Now I just want to know what is happening £259 down and no itwm is absolutely disgusting!

Missing needles . Emails ignored

I ordered my medication. I didn't receive any tracking details or order details.

Upon opening the medication I find no needles . I emailed and have been ignored . So still not able to take my medication. The needles are included in the price of the medication aswell .

Avoid Pill time nothing but stress

Had problems every time I ordered, no communication at all regarding missing/out of stock items I was often left without heart, lung, kidney and vital other meds, my Drs were sick and tired of having to sort out my prescriptions there was one instance I had a prescription item of 154 tablets cut into individual pieces, if you want a brilliant online pharmacy go to Pharmacy2U Ltd.

I have had a few issues

I find the packets difficult to open also feeding the strip of tablets through the container hard to do. There was also an issue with the Adcal tablets that didn't fit in the dispenser which makes it less convenient. Sue Buckley

Everthing worked well

As ever everything worked seamlessly, form ordering to receiving meds.

Email enquirys are dealt with with in a few hours on working days.

This time a little confusion about an old drug that has been changed to a different brand all sorted by email within a few mins.

However occasionly when using the PC application after logging in to your account you sometimes get a blank page.

It's probably a setting

Wrong prescriptions received, items not pouched, bad customer service

I received the wrong prescriptions multiple times. When I raised this to customer service, there was a lot of back and forth. Initially telling me the pharmacist said I was mistaken and I did get the right prescription, then when I sent proof, saying I needed to get my doctor to change what my prescription said. Once I showed them my prescription says exactly what they recommended, they told me that actually the product I’m prescribed no longer exists. Funnily enough, I went back to my local pharmacy, and have had no problems getting said product. Luckily, it was just an acne cream, but the fact that it could be someone else with a life saving medication is quite scary. Additionally, in the six months I used them, I think I only had one, maybe two, months where all the items were actually pouched, and I paid for the premium service for the first few months. Whilst the customer service agent was polite and seemingly helpful, they were just an in between for the pharmacist who continued lying the entire time. Definitely would not recommend

Massive data breach

Absolutely awful company who not only messed up my order and failed to deliver it, then wrongly cancelled it, but have now admitted all.of.the customer data they've been collecting was being handled by a 3rd party and was not secured / was publicly available.

Avoid this company at all costs

Great little pouches make travel from…

Great little pouches make travel from home easy to manage during the day.
I do appreciate my pills 5 times a day can take some sorting thank you. Its just the little pink ones 4 x a day that I’m hopeful you’ll be able to crack getting in my pouches next . Then you’ll be real superstars.

Completely abysmal

Tried switching to PillTime because my previous online pharmacy would have long gaps in fulfilment and sometimes leave me without essential medication, making me ill. But it turns out it's better the devil you know, as my brief experience with PillTime was a nightmare.

The most serious issue was that one of my medications was outright missing and was just not included in the box. For some reason they chose to argue with me about the size of the box being able to accommodate the medication (I never said it couldn't?), and proof that the box was delivered in the first place (how would I know a medication was missing from the box if it hadn't been delivered?).

From other reviews it seems other people are also having medication be missing from their boxes from this pharmacy. They also didn't actually pouch most of the medication in the first place, which defeats the point of the service. They didn't even give me the dispenser box thing that you're meant to pull the pouches out of every day.

And they just charged me for a 2nd month even though I asked to stop the service and confirmed my details to them as instructed.

This has been the last straw for my GP surgery, who are so sick of people having medication missing in packages from online pharmacies, that they now make you go in person every month to get one of them, which is another huge pain for me as a disabled person largely stuck in my house.

Overall, this service did not deliver what it promised and caused more problems than it solved.
