Almost seven million people in the UK take five or more different medications daily. If you are one of them, then you’ll be familiar with the stress and strain that arranging and scheduling your medication can create. It can be confusing, and unfortunately many people fail to follow their schedule as their GP has prescribed. This can have serious long term health impacts. Now, there is a simpler way. PillTime is an NHS online pharmacy trusted by thousands of patients. We take your repeat prescription direct from your GP and organise your medication into daily pouches. Each pouch is labelled with the dose and the day and time that it needs to be taken. A pouch will fit into your pocket or handbag so your medication can fit around your lifestyle. Here at PillTime, we pride ourselves on being an eco-friendly pharmacy by taking small steps to reduce our waste. We run a ‘Naked Packaging’ incentive with our patients. We send all patients a blue PillTime dispensing box with their first order. After that, we send the pouches au naturale. We then ask that our patients reuse their PillTime box until they need a new one. This is a huge reduction in our monthly cardboard waste. Delivering to patients has an important impact on reducing our carbon emissions. As an online medication service, we deliver to our patients. This eliminates the need for patients to travel to the GP surgery or pharmacy to collect their prescription. By running a delivery service, patients reduce single-purpose trips in the car.

Very poor….I keep getting that many…

Very poor….I keep getting that many notifications that I need to order my medication but I have already ordered it…then it takes for ages to receive any medication. My husband gets his medication from yourselves a lot quicker than I do and I order them both at the same time. I do not know if I am coming or going and this just adds more frustration to your life as I am forever checking to see if my medication has been ordered, then checking to see if it has been shipped.
Also the pouches are getting a poor quality, they either fail to tear off correctly or they fail to open in the right spot, you then end up with all your medication over the floor.
There is one GOOD point, your customer services are great, they are lovely and very helpful and they are all UK nationals, so understanding them is not a problem, please do not move away from this, well done.

Having reviewed your account, I can see that you currently have two separate orders running because your medications are prescribed for different durations. This is what is causing the multiple order reminders.

Tablets were supplied as 3 times per…

Tablets were supplied as 3 times per day, but should be twice per day. Have never taken a “bedtime” tablet.

Hiked prices

Initially received a good price for Wegovy, received regular emails asking me to reorder. Was late trying to order last prescription and was denied the monthly discount, very disappointing!

Having read their reply, still very disappointed as I when I signed up to Pill Time I still had to finish the previous suppliers injections. Therefore there was delay in starting injections from Pill time. Hence why I was delayed in applying for my next prescription. Their reply is not satisfactory, as I wasn’t aware of the ‘new timing’ of reordering.

The changes were made to ensure we can continue to provide a safe, clinically led service, including ongoing patient support, prescribing, dispensing, and medication delivery.

Our continuation pricing is available to eligible patients who reorder within the specified timeframe. Unfortunately, if an order is placed outside of this period, the discounted continuation price is no longer available, and the standard treatment price applies.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your frustration. Your comments have been shared with the team as we continue to review how we communicate pricing and reorder requirements to patients.

Had my first delivery of my pills…

Had my first delivery of my pills today. And I must say! I’m very impressed so far,
I will be ordering again next month. Every pharmacy has their ups and downs. As long as I have plenty in stock at home! Just in case something happens then I’m happy to continue with them

Makes taking my medication so easy

Makes taking my medication so easy. I have had some small issues, hence only four stars. They have hopefully been sorted now. The app could do with being a bit better as it does not seem to work 100%. The last order I placed was exactly how the service should work.

I was hoping to get my meds on a roll…

I was hoping to get my meds on a roll so I didn't have to push the tabs out. I have quite painful arthritis in my hands. I realise my dose on a few tabs is 2or3 tabs but a conversation would have been nice when I could explain what I took. So I do not understand why you sent the empty roll container. My medication has stayed the same for years. I worked for an independent pharmacy for 10 years then boots for over 10 years, so I would have been able to explain my meds quite clearly. I am confused and disappointed.

Ordered Maunjaro as new customer…

Ordered Maunjaro as new customer although it took around 10 days to organise as required additional information the communication was good and resolution was fast.
Pilltime sent out my the injection at requested dose packaging was good as were the items and advice best support package spare needles and wipes too at a great price.
