If you are one of them, then you’ll be familiar with the stress and strain that arranging and scheduling your medication can create. It can be confusing, and unfortunately many people fail to follow their schedule as their GP has prescribed. This can have serious long term health impacts. Now, there is a simpler way. PillTime is an NHS online pharmacy trusted by thousands of patients. We take your repeat prescription direct from your GP and organise your medication into daily pouches. Each pouch is labelled with the dose and the day and time that it needs to be taken. A pouch will fit into your pocket or handbag so your medication can fit around your lifestyle. We send all patients a blue PillTime dispensing box with their first order. After that, we send the pouches au naturale. We then ask that our patients reuse their PillTime box until they need a new one. This is a huge reduction in our monthly cardboard waste. Delivering to patients has an important impact on reducing our carbon emissions. As an online medication service, we deliver to our patients. Total waste of time

I have reverted back to my previous supplier as Pill Time sent me as many boxes of tablets that they couldn’t put in the daily pouch as I previously received

We apologise for the difficulties you've experienced, particularly regarding the delivery of your medication.

Upon reviewing your account, we can confirm that prescriptions have been requested via multiple ordering platforms. When prescriptions are requested through multiple platforms, this creates separate orders on your account, which means medication may be split across different orders rather than being processed together, causing delays.

We advise patients to use only one platform to order. This can be via the Pilltime App, The NHS App or via patient access.

We have recently updated our contact hours to make it easier to reach us. You can now contact us via Live Chat from 2 pm - 4:30 pm Monday to Friday, by phone from 9:30 am - 12:30 pm and 1:30pm - 4:30pm Monday to Friday, or by email at customerservices@pilltime.co.uk

The requested proscription started being ing wrong

The requested proscription started being wrong, then getting problems with missing items, so that in the end after several months I just gave up and went to a local Chemist,who have been fine. Just no dosset boxes.

Not a company for those who have autism of adhd as they have missed deliveries and meds not sent which causes alot of stress for me.. i also have MS and other conditions which the meds mask the relapse damage to my spinal cord.. one day no meds and im in pain.. ive been left 6-14 days no meds.. last boxed missed controlled drugs which meant the docs had to get me to report the company for lost or stolen meds to the police .. so the promise was this month id get them on time which hasnt happened..

If you rely on meds this is not the company for you.. even explaining i needs them all pouching i was told to not have my controlled drugs not pouched if i needed them that much..i keep being offered each month to collect them in boxes else where.. no matter how many times i say i need them pouched because of my conditions as i dont know if ive taken them or not.. cant risk double dose so have to hope i took them… they havent been in date since before xmas… fact is im told its my fault as i have meds every 28 days n months are 30 or 31 🫣..

After reviewing your account, we see that our team has worked with you several times to resolve the issues.

As a pharmacy, we have to follow strict rules for controlled drug medications. Because of these regulations:

* Controlled drugs cannot be included in pouching systems for safety and legal reasons.
* Prescriptions for these items have a limited validity period and can expire if not dispensed within that timeframe.
* We are unable to override these restrictions, even where we understand the preference for pouching.

In your case, the prescription for the controlled medication expired before we could dispense it. This is why we could not supply it, which led to the situation you described.

Your medication is given on a 28-day cycle. If the prescribing team does not align your controlled medications with your regular prescriptions, this can cause gaps or delays. That’s why our team has talked with you about other options, like separate collection, to help you get your medication without interruption.

We understand that pouching is especially helpful for you, and we’re sorry we can’t include controlled medications in this system. This is not about your needs, but a legal rule we must follow.

We still want to help you find the safest and most reliable way to manage your medication. If you’re willing, please contact our team directly. We can review your prescription timings with your surgery and look for the best way to reduce the risk of future delays.

It is very convenient for me

It is very convenient for me, due to having long term health condition, I'm not always well enough to collect my prescription in person and I don't have anybody to help me. I'm very grateful to pilltime. They are brilliant

Please ignore the negative reviews

Please ignore the negative reviews. I decided to try them after using AI to find the cheapest 5mg weightloss injection after being with another competitor. I completed the assessment with ease on Saturday 11th April, and received confirmation Tuesday 14th April, I received Royal Mail tracking info and the item arrived this morning, 15th April.

Included was the medication itself, needles, sharps bin, alcohol swabs and a 'how to' leaflet.

The delivery was swift and quick, I have aince received emails about getting started.

This is a genuine pharmacy who supply weight loss medication, and have great discounts which is why I went with them.

Happy customer here.

Don’t waste your time with this…

Don’t waste your time with this company, even if you follow through their process, you will get denied! Days have passed I’ve send messages and I haven’t got my refund! So, don’t waste your time, save your money!

Repeated issues with prescription handling and lack of transparency.

Prescriptions have been delayed, and there is concern that requests may be held or affected by upcoming reminders. This has been raised multiple times with customer care but has not been clearly answered.

The app is not functioning as expected. Orders appear when placed and then disappear, leaving no visibility of status or progress. This means you have to call or email to confirm whether medication has even been processed.

Overall, this makes it difficult to reliably manage ongoing medication and undermines confidence in the service.

I’ve looked over your account and recent messages, and I understand why you’re concerned. This time, an unexpected supply issue delayed your prescription, and we didn’t notify you in time. You’re right, when a prescription is urgent, we should warn you about any supply risks right away so you can make other plans. I’m sorry we didn’t do this, and for the trouble it caused.

I also see that you had to follow up several times for updates. That’s not the experience we want for our patients. You shouldn’t have to chase us to find out what’s happening with your medication.

About the app, I understand how frustrating it is when orders show up and then disappear, with no clear status or tracking. The system isn’t meant to work this way. We’ve sent your feedback and screenshots to our App Team to investigate. For now, prescriptions are processed as they’re submitted and aren’t held back because of reminders or future prescriptions. Still, I know the lack of clear updates makes this confusing, and we need to do better.

While we look into this, the best way to track your orders is to contact our team directly. We’ll make sure you get clear and timely updates without having to keep asking.

I’m sorry again for the disruption and for any loss of trust this has caused. Your feedback matters and is helping us improve our communication and make our system more reliable.

Worryingly unreliable

Worryingly unreliable for something that can be life or death. Basic customer service/communication is missing. Can't use PC to order now, the app is the only way to order and it is hopeless. Only used them because had no other option for pouched meds.
