I have done many pictures and letters…
I have done many pictures and letters through pigeonly. It's usually very quick. This last order was ridiculously easy to long from the time I did my pictures to the day that were shipped out. Was very disappointed it took so long.

This is a great way to keep your inmate in the loop and what's going on in the world it's the best and easiest way to write to them and not have to worry about postage and stamps and what have you I would give them a five however there's always room for improving somewhere keep up the good work

The free subscription.
I didn't like that they had a free subscription
It came with a post card and letters. So I sent a post card but I was also gone send a letter to but it said i have to wait for a month to send another letter for free.

Can’t go wrong with $34.99 for 3 months
Love that for $34.99 for 3 months I can send so many pix to my husband right from my phone and I can send them often. I can send him lots of letters. I enjoy making him greeting cards with pictures as well. I love hand writing letter too don’t get me wrong but if and when I don’t have paper I can just hop on my phone and still write him a letter. I like that you can attach pix as well. That is nice. I love sending my hubby mail every week and as much as I want and like. He loves getting all this mail from me too.

I gave it 3 stars as I was typing my heart felt message it wouldn't send and then it erased my message 3x. By the time it finally excepted my letter it was no longer what I wished to Express. Very frustrating.

Best price and quality
I love the price one time pay and send all the pictures and letters no extra payment and my love one request that all her pictures are sent through Pigeonly because she loves the quality of the pictures that they send l had to resend some because she wanted them in the best quality that she could get them in and when she is happy l am very happy. No complaints from her or me. I would recommend this way of communicating with your loved ones over any other way. And they let you know that it has been sent and when it is delivered to the prison and she lets me know how happy she is to received them and how nice they are.

I love this app
I love this app! I am able to send pictures and letters all at once. My son receives his mail within days not weeks! Customer service is great and fixed my problem in a timely manner.

This is a great service
This is a great service! My only 2 issues is I cannot send letters everyday (my hubby and I are great communicators) and there is a limit on letters in spite of the statement that access is unlimited.

My daughter received her envelope…
My daughter received her envelope within a few days with pictures but unfortunately the pictures were not my pictures that I had sent to her. They were of some strangers on a cruise along with the message stating that they were people from the cruise. So the wrong pictures and the wrong message were sent to my daughter. Very disappointed

Hello Maria, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I do apologize for the inconvenience. Allow us to do further investigation. Please know that the photos are being checked within the facility's mailroom if it is within their guidelines before handed it over to the inmate so it could be possible they mixed them up to some other photos. On our end, we ensure that after printing out the pictures for each customer, it will go straight to the envelope and sealed. You may call us if you have any concerns on 1800.323.9895. Communication has not been easy!
Communication has not been easy!! Because of Covid 19, I haven't seen my son in person since 2019. During a conversation he expressed to me that he's forgotten how everyone looks. Being able to send pics thru your company has brought him just a little bit of happiness! Thank you so much!!
