There have been a lot of fraud charges in my card with them. They have been able to reimburse the fraudulent charges but it takes a lot of time to get fixed, the calling option also does not work and so I have not been able to use that, also the postcards I was able to sent when I originally signed up now are “no longer available” and the cards have a week or more long delivery time which is fine, but they won’t let you send anything else until that order is delivered so you can really only send a small few during your month.

Pigeonly is a wonderful service to use if you have a loved one in prison. They are quick and reliable. I would recommend using them for several reasons. Cheaper phone rates, sending picture and post cards and handling mail as well as ordering commissary. They seem to take pride in what they do. I'll be using there services again real soon. I had to pay 25 dollar deposit on a phone system and didn't even use it at all nor did inmate get notified. Only got to type a letter and send a couple pictures on free trial. I want my money back!

Very helpful and easy to use platform! Customer service is also great and knowledgeable of their products!

I think this is great it lets you do everything from your phone and it is so conviniant.

My biggest issue is you say unlimited pics and stuff but yet I tried sending some and then went to send the rest and it says I gotta wait for the first ones to be delivered so now it's gonna take much longer before they can receive them which sucks bad

I had purchased the wrong thing and so I emailed pigeonly and asked them to take a look at my pending orders to make sure I purchased the right thing and they emailed me the next day to tell me I was refunded all my money because I didn't need pay till after my free trial is done. I was very surprised and grateful for their help.

Best way to keep loved ones up to date with pics & letters from family an friends. Phone calls are extremely high in price range & now days its really hard when your budget is already stretched to the max.

I did a free trial back in MARCH 2021 and immediately cancelled with proof of cancellation via email. They charged me $39.99 over 21 times in January. OVER $1,200 in fraudulent charges taken out of my account. 21 separate charges! This doesn't feel like a mistake. It feels criminal ans I've filed a report with my bank, the BBB, emailed them, and looking into legal action. This is grounds for a class action lawsuit based on these other reviews.

Edit: they claimed to reverse charges saying it would appear back in my account in 3-5 days. It's been weeks and nothing. Disputed with Visa and reported to Nevada Attorney General.

I love this. It’s so easy to send my fiancé letters and greeting cards and photos. She loves getting letters from me and I work long hours it so easy for me then to handwrite a letter. Thank you so much

At first I had problems with this site ONLY because the county jail my friend was at, didn't allow anything bigger than a 4×6 photo, so the cards from this site, wouldn't get thru. And the jail required inmate's name & # on back, so photos wouldn't get thru either.
But then Pigeonly ran a HOLIDAY DEAL for Christmas AND I found a coupon code so I got a 3 month subscription for a great price! Using Pigeonly now to send letters, cards, photos & web articles to my friend in prison (CA) and it's totally worth it. You can send one of those I listed about every 4 days, once one gets delivered, you can process another one.
I haven't used the phone services though so I can't say anything to that
