Very high quality. The frames were beautiful and exceeded my expectations.

Pretty easy to get a custom frame where the customer chooses the frame size.

This site provides good service...for this visit I was wanting more selections other than black, white, gold or wood and those were a little limited, but I was able to find something that worked for my particular photograph.
I always find that I get good value and quality for my framing needs.

The selection of frames is great, and offered with custom sizing. The site is easy to use. The frame was shipped very well protected and was in perfect condition. And, and most importantly, the picture fit perfectly in the frame.

Pictureframes.com has the WORST customer service that I have ever dealt with. I placed an order over 2 months ago and I still have not received the item, nor have I received any updates on my order. I had to reach out to customer service twice only to find out that the frame I ordered is out of stock (why would they allow me to place any order for an out of stock item?). When I asked for even just a general time frame as to when the frame would be back in stock, they said that they couldn’t even provide me that. Their customer service representative were incredibly rude and snarky in their tone as well. They should not have sold me an item that they don’t have, and they should have communicated with me transparently about my order status. I still have not received my item or a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

One can choose from a variety of frames and, in the same order, provide the exact width/length, to fit perfectly for one's picture.

There has been a lack of communication, and when reached out for feedback on my purchase there has been no response to request for information.

Picture frames was wonderful to work with. We had an issue with the frame ending up being the wrong size and they fixed it!!

Liked being able to download a picture of my artwork in the frame/mats I selected.

I purchased a large 40x50 inch frame in black. It came amazingly packaged with tracking to know exactly when it would arrive. All the hardware to hang it was included. I was mounting a painting done on wood, so I used mounting hardware I already had and was familiar with. I could not have been more pleased with this purchase. Delivery was quick, Product is excellent. I will purchase again in the future.

I’m really excited for my picture to arrive. It was my first time on the site and I accidentally paid for just the print of the picture. In addition to the picture framed and customer service was great. They refunded my money and canceled just the print without question. ChatGPT recommended this site is the best quality so I’m excited for my shipment to arrive this week. Shopping the website from my phone was user-friendly.

I gave a 4 rating because the L brackets were not correct, that came with the frame, to secure my canvas art work into the frame. That said, the frame is beautiful and my art does fit it, i have correct clips coming to mount the work. Just my preview of it laying on my table, the frame really looks nice with the art work.

Originally had some questions and Linda was quick to answer them. Later ordered the picture frame and it was delivered in about a week. The frame is so well-made and is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience.
